I had very bad experience with Customer Support recently, I told my issue over an over again for few days but their chat support are very unprofessional and rude, they don't understand the problem, after few days they just reply with general questions over and over again and does not help to resolve any issue with our accounts related problem, as I faced serious issues for tracking, and the connection of eBay account related issues, their chat box is not synced with the accounts, so every time you logout and login with different email, the previous chat box will appear and you don't even aware of this, so when you will reach out to them for any questions, they will be dumb, they don't even able to help with any situation, Just don't fall for this non sense

I recently use their service and their monitoring and repricing feature gonna blow your ebay store . dont even think to use their service bad software just scam people money. you can easily see they bought the good reviews only the bad review like me is real dont even use it.

No Response over a week, Reason for huge loss due to messed up pricing, they will never reply back, never solve any problem, I recently faced huge loss due to their system issue, their system reduced the prices from $500 to $10 or lower, we got lot of sales with Multiple thousand dollars loss, and when I reached out to their customer support to resolve the issue, they blamed on us instead of accepting the responsibility

Queries are never resolved, Your money will be wasted, I got terrible experience, my eBay account gone Below Standard, they take week to just reply "Transferred to Technical Team" and after over a week, they will response "no issue from our side" sometimes their system will start placing orders twice on our Amazon account and sometimes it does not process orders, It messed up whole pricing for all of my listings, I got overnight few thousand dollars loss due to wrong pricing, It dropped my listings prices from $300 to $15, customers started placing orders on those and they did not resolved any issue

I tried using easync recently but deposited money in their FBE account and took basic package of fulfillment but nothing is working automatically. I raised with their customer care but no one is responding. Seems a fraud company. Will try for refund.

This 1 star rate is cause i can't put less.So,i have payed subscription,money inside fbe,order to be sent and im writing to support for this order that should had been shipped with tracking days ago and support not exists,nobody answering nothing ......just money in fbe not used for purchase but also not refundable.A total scam.....
