LOOKING TO PURCHASE AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE
Delivery was exactly when expected and the driver called the day before to ensure it was still a good time to deliver. The packages were delivered unmarked and each panel was individually packaged and wrapped in cellophane inside as well. They are good quality panels and I was under the impression the backing was a felt material but it was in fact a fairly thick foam type material. Easy to install and I did manage to use 1 tube of adhesive per panel, and used an offcut with the foam facing the panel to press the panel home against the wall before screwing and black screws between each slat as extra support so they do not show. Very pleased with the overall effect and the sound dampening effect is very good. As a feature wall it changes the whole dynamic of a room.

Good service and delivery but major issue….
Ordering easy on the website and delivery service is very good. As a tradesman I work to high standards and while the finish on the panels is good after a number of jobs using these panels customers should be aware of this important issue…. When fixed to the wall the join butts tight at top and bottom but for MOST of the join there is a noticable gap. It has nothing to do with possible uneven wall.
More likely there is inbuilt tension in the sheets putting a 2mm curve on the edge.
I will look at other options for future bathroom refits as I never feel 100% happy with the look of these panels for that reason alone.
