The price is always super competitive but for quality and customer service they can’t be beaten. Having their own dedicated delivery team makes a massive difference.

Good service but delivery charge can be expensive for low cost items
Can't fault Easy panels for it's ordering and delivery processes, in fact the delivery drivers were very polite and took pictures of what was delivered and who received them. The reason for only three stars is the delivery charge of £24.99 for orders below £120. All I wanted was wallboard trim at £7.50 per item my two orders didn't amount to the £120 threshold so I paid £24.99 for each order. My second order was just two trims (cost £15) and paid £24.99 delivery.

Delivery problems
Order placed and delivery set up however van broke down on Friday so goods re-loaded for Saturday but only half the order put on, I told driver who was brilliant to send other items which he said they would do only to find out that they didn't and I had to cancel the joiner. When they did resend the goods the delivery was when I was away so cancelled, only to be called by the driver dropping it off and getting notification by the office that it had been done and they hadn't picked up the email.

Delivery arrangements are totally inflexible
I use the product at a number of rental properties and want to have delivery to the property. To do this and to arrange install I need to know at the time of order when the delivery will be ….Easypanel can’t accommodate this. This means we have to collect despite having free delivery 🤬.
Also the last order was messed up and luckily I called in advance. They were able to sort out but had I not called the person collecting would have been given incorrect quantities.
The product is great!

Very cool finish that is easily cleaned and is much better than tiles and grout.
Very reasonable price as well and all delivered by their own operators in their own vans. The only slight negative is that the panels can easily get damaged while fitting if you are not careful. I left one against a wall and knocked it over and when I lifted it, I had made a small hole in it, but this was mainly my fault. Otherwise great.

Absolutely shocking they sold panels in…
Absolutely shocking they sold panels in a pack of 4 on the website thinking if you order 4 you'll get 16 panels. delivery of only 4 panels. Misleading and unhelpful when I paid 24.99 for delivery. When I asked I need another 3 more boxes of 4 as their website was extremely misleading and if they could do something about the delivery where by they charge 24.99 they refused. They changed the website now the lady said after a number of complaints. Dreadful!!!!
