Ordered 6 samples and after 4-5 weeks of chasing 2 samples arrived with the smallest of pattern on which was pointless. They was even one of the samples I ordered!

Really disappointing experience. Asked for a refund and was told I had to pay a £35 "restocking fee" first — fine, annoying but whatever. The catch? You can only sort it by phone, and their lines are 9-5 Mon-Fri. I work full time so calling during those hours isn't realistic. Finally managed to call on a day off and was told the refund window had closed by 2 days. Spoke to a manager, same answer. Feels designed to run the clock out on people who actually have jobs. Won't be using again.

Due other commitments I was unavailable for the first 3 deliveries. But it was easy to reschedule them with just a phone call (no bots or other useless message services).
The deliveries were undertaken by their own vehicles and staff and I was keep very accurately informed of the delivery progress, via a Google Maps type webpage.
The driver was also very helpful with offloading the items at site.

Excellent quality panels at a particularly great price! They were very easy to fit by myself and I have never fitted any before.

My daughter ordered panels from this company, and when they arrived, the delivery team left them on the ground floor, even though she lives on the 4th floor. These panels are over 2 meters long and not something one person can realistically carry upstairs alone.
She asked the delivery drivers for help, but they refused, saying they could lose their jobs if they assisted. That’s incredibly frustrating and not what you expect when paying for delivery.
When you order large items, you expect them to be delivered to your door, not left for you to struggle with. This felt very unprofessional and poorly handled.
There are plenty of other companies selling the same products, and after this experience, we won’t be using this one again.
Would be good to see the company take responsibility and improve their service.

I have used Easy Panels before on a bathroom and was quite happy to use them again for an en suite bathroom I have just installed. The product is easy to use and caused no problems that weren't there before. The panel I used were white with a sparkle element which colours up beautifully in the light. I am very please with the results.
