This experience was excellent! The Eiffel Tower is magnificent and with the skip the line service and Sarah's insightful information and humor it was really exceptional. This was a dream come true for my daughters. I wouldn't tour the Eiffel Tower any other way!

Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable about all of Paris's key sights. I felt a bit cheated after the tour that I hadn't given Paris the time and respect it needed to visit everything properly. Only after talking with Sarah did we realise we hadn't scratched the surface.
Next time we'll be returning with proper tours booked from the outset.
The Tour Effiel was much more than just about the tower. A must for anyone visiting Paris.

We had such an amazing time. Our tour guide Allison was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had no idea we would be getting such a history lesson while we were on our tour. In additional to cutting the entire line (which was amazing) we went to the 2nd floor of the tower. She gave us a 360 degree tour with facts about each side of the city. It was truly great. We will never forget our trip to the Eiffel Tower!

I contacted Easy Pass because I thought I had not recieved our confirmation number. They resplied within minutes that they would look into it. I then found their original confirmation email in my spam folder. I emailed Easy Pass to let them know. The personal and friendly response I received felt like I was corresponding with an good acquaintance. I am sure the tour will be as good as the service.

Informative guide educated and entertained us while we got to skip the lines at the tower. Ben made the time fly by and kept the adults and our two girls aged 7 and 11 entertained

Our tour guide (who's name ellipses me but I recall his features vividly. A brazilian guy with curly hair who did the versailles day trip with us and also mentioned that he also does the Eiffel tower trip) was very friendly and personable. We were a few minutes late and had missed our group and he was more than accommodating when he allowed for us to join his group for the rest of the day. He was well informed with most of the general knowledge and history of Chateau Versailles. Although a few curve balls were shot at him with innocuous questions from all too inquisitive americans, he was quick on his feet with answers and was the first to admit if he didn't know the answer. That was much more appreciated, in my opinion, rather than feeding us with made up stories. All in all, I was very pleased with the services and I have already suggesting Easypass Tours to a few of my friends with their upcoming Paris trips. I hope they have the pleasure of being shown by this lovely gentleman although I'm sure any one of them will be equally as good.

We had terrible weather for our Eiffel Tower tour but the staff were great and did their best to make us feel welcome and keep experience as specials possible. Informative friendly and helpful staff.

We decided at the last minute to visit the Eiffel Tower on our final night in Paris. The ability to avoid the ticket queue by using Easypass Tours was very useful. The office is situated about five minutes walk from the Tower and provides WiFi, drink machines and spotlessly clean toilets; very handy after being out walking all afternoon. If you're pressed for time (especially during peak periods), Easypass Tours is a great way to go.

I was introduced to easy pass tours by the owner, David Mebane. I had mentioned I was coming to Paris, along with my daughter and niece, to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. He suggested we utilize Easy Pass Tours, to familiarize ourselves with the city, by taking a bike or segway tour. We took advantage of the Eiffel Tower, skip the line tour, as our time was limited. We signed up at night, because we wanted to see the "City of Lights". We arrived early, enjoyed the space and before long we were on our way to the Eiffel Tower. The walk was quick! We had an awesome tour guide, she gave us some history on the tower, most of which I had read and few facts I was not aware of. She explained the process about our tickets and away we went. The process was convenient and we maneuvered with ease. I would utilize Easy Pass Tours for all of our tour needs upon our return visit!

We booked an Eiffel Tower tour a day out and quickly received confirmation and direction on how to redeem tickets. Met lovely energetic young staff who quickly got us organised. Our young American guide was really informative and friendly. Well done team.

Qsubsequently have seen Fat Tires tours operating in London - looked equally well run and informative.

I searched the internet to find a place to buy tickets for a few attractions in Paris in June. Just want to skip the lines! And I discover Easy Pass Tours on the web. Lots of detail about the attraction - what the ticket entails. I booked 3 tours with them and received confirmation emails - promptly. With detailed instructions on where and when to meet. Paris Here we come!

The guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The history of the tower was amazing and the views were something I've only dreamt about! Thank you. The booking was easy to do, the check in even easier. A fantastic day and well worth going through Easy Pass Tours.

The team at Easy Pass were great, really friendly and went out of their way to help, but we got the skip the line ticket for the Eiffel tower and the line was less than 30 min, we still waited 10 and another 20 to get to the summit. It would be worth it if busy, but it wasn't so it was a bit of a waste of money.

We are traveling to Paris with my whole family, 11 of us in total. Parents, kids and grandkids. The only thing my mom wanted to do was go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Tim helped my book a private tour for all of us. We corresponded through email. The response time was very quick, clear and courteous. We are looking forward to our tour in July. So far, they are 5 stars : )

On June 4th we found out that our tour bus will be late getting onto Paris, so I requested that our four tickets to the Eiffel Tower be exchanged from 2:30 until 3:30 on Sunday June 8. As of 18:00 Saturday June 7th I have not heard anything back.

I booked this tour 2 days in advance. We arrived at the meeting place only to learn the union was having a meeting starting at the opening time of the museum, delaying everyone. After about an hour delay, we were among the first groups inside. It was super crowded. Despite the late start and the crowds, Herve was fantastic. The tour was informative, interesting, and gave a great overview of the impressionist movement from pre-beginning to end. I enjoyed the museum much more than on a previous visit.

The headphones allowed everyone to hear the guide and adjust the volume level, it was a first for me and I thought it a very positive part of the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone with a knowlege of English and who is a beginner or just more than a beginner in the knowledge of art history.
