Broken $600 part straight out of box.
Site misleading saying it would accept returns....fine print on site NO one can found saying otherwise.....BEWARE
Terrible Customer Service
This company sent the product out via FED Ex but wasn't delivered to my address. I contacted them and they said once it leaves their facility it's not their responsibility. They told me to contact FED Ex. So I did and I finally received the product today. It was placed at a neighbors house. Don't buy any products from them. They don't care if it gets to your door or not.
Beware: not an authorized Hansgrohe Retailer
I purchased a Hansgrohe focus 4-hole Roman tub trim and rough…total of $1200. My plumber discovered towards to end of install that the diverter cartridge was missing from the Rough box. The piece was not boxed like the other parts and was floating around in the box, leading him to believe that perhaps the item had been returned previously. The boxes themselves looked new and unopened. Either way, Install is $800. But without the diverter cartridge, the hand shower will not work.
While customer service was responsive, they were unhelpful, stating I needed to reach out the manufacturer. After contacting manufacturer, no warrenty will be honored because this company is not an authorized Hansgrohe Retailer. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website.
Now, I will need to purchase this missing part for $60 because no one will honor the purchase. And another trip for the plumber, likely costing an extra $300 for a return trip to finish the job. This is completely unacceptable to have to purchase again the same piece that was missing in the first place!
Using a plumbing agency called easyplumbing
The plumber did a good job, but the rates charged are outrageous. We paid just under £300 cash, for just under an hours work, which was removing a small electric water heater.

Total scammers. They sent me the complete wrong product and admitted to their mistake but refused to correct it. On top of that, they were extremely rude and hostile. Be careful!
