Avoid this monopolist reseller
My sony silicon earbud broke and sony referred me to easyrepair.be as the sole reseller for this replacement piece. This costs 12 EUR (quite a lot, but blame Sony), and another 12 EUR shipping and 5 EUR (?) admin costs. In total almost 30 EUR.
When I received it, it turned out to be only 1 instead of 2 earbuds, so I wished to return it.
Now, in the EU any online shop has the legal obligation of reimbersement within 14 days, no reason necessary, but this Belgian shop refused.
My consumer protection office tried to intervene and force them to refund, but easyrepair.be know the amount is too small to start a case, so they just refuse.
So, they break to law, charge excessive shipping and admin costs because they have a monopoly on Sony parts. Avoid at all costs
