If I could rate higher I would. It took the guys less than an hour to put up my shed to perfection. The price to buy and assemble the shed was far cheaper than anywhere else.

Excellent Customer Relations
The website was easy to navigate and I was able to customise the shed to my exact requirements. When I rang Customer Services to discuss the access restrictions to access my garden the young lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She discussed all my concerns and we resolved all the problems I thought I had. She followed up my initial contact to make sure my specific requirements in design were clear, to avoid any misunderstandings. Later in the day she rang back to confirm a delivery date. Unfortunately, I failed to get her name but she has given me confidence that I am dealing with a professional and caring supplier. Hopefully I will be equally satisfied with the shed and its installation in due course.

Our new shed
When ordering, the website was very easy to navigate and ordering and paying for the shed was straightforward. I was given a delivery date and then a few days before was given an approximate time. On the day, the team were held up by traffic, but they rang to let me know and gave me a revised estimated time which they were within 5 minutes of achieving. On arrival the 2 man team got straight on with erecting the shed and had it up and ready within the hour. They tidied up after themselves before leaving. An absolute pleasure to do business with this Company, and team members who are a credit to the firm.

Top notch. Turned up on time. Done in an hour. Quality shed too, we just got the basic version and it’s really really solid. Not like those old flimsy things that were like fence panels. It has a bit of heft to it.
And who said there’s anything wrong with a Brummie accent?!! Nice chaps, very polite, tidied up completely afterwards.

Easy to order from the website and great customer service
The shed has not yet been delivered so I can only grade the ordering process and the customer service, both are an easy 5 stars.
The website is very clear, offering a range of options and an option of materials, and predelivery advice.
Pricing they are comparable to similar companies, but on first impression they invest in customer service, something not many companies do these days.
I particularly like that payment can be made on delivery, that gives some sound peace of mind, not many retailers offer this any more.
Easy Shed are contactable by telephone and available to answer any queries, which is a big plus for me, no auto-bot.
The delivery date was easy to arrange.
So on my experience so far, an easy 5 stars.
