I was torn between two controllers, the D10 and the S10, and even though I’m not an experienced gamer, their product description pages were clear enough to allow me to decide which one was better suited to my needs.
Shipping wasn’t particularly fast (20 days), but I don’t feel like blaming the seller, especially since the purchase was made during Black Friday. Despite this, when I contacted the shop to report some tracking issues, they were very quick to respond and polite.
As for the product: it arrived extremely well packaged, protected by a kind of box filled with air cushions, sealed box, everything protected and separated into compartments. This made the packaging both pleasant to look at and easy to disassemble to understand where each item was placed (such as the replacement pad for the S10, which is located in a small side box). It works properly, the Switch wake-up is immediate, the vibration isn’t noisy, and the design is definitely one of the best I’ve found online. Recommended.
The wrong color of controller was shipped. Got in touch with support and they shipped the correct one instantly. As a bonus they told me to keep the controller that was sent by mistake.

I purchased the Easy SMX X05 on July 9, 2025.
After only about two months of use, the D-pad (specifically the right arrow button) developed a clear malfunction.
In games like Hollow Knight: Silksong and Hades, the character keeps moving in a stuttering way to the right, while also trying to move down, even though I never pressed the down arrow.
When I noticed the defect in September, I contacted the German support team by email. Since then, support has been extremely disappointing. The process goes like this:
First reply after 24 hours: I was asked to use a third-party test link and record a screen video showing the issue.
For someone not very technical, this was already complicated: finding a screen recorder, compressing the video, and making it work properly. This took me about an hour.
Second reply (again after 24 hours): I was told to press a specific button and check again. I did — but the defect remained exactly the same.
Third reply (another 24 hours later): They asked me to make another video, this time recording both my use of the gamepad and the test software at the same time.
After three days, there was still no real solution or helpful support — only endless delays and repetitive requests.
This level of support is absolutely unacceptable.
I bought this product because the higher-end Easy SMX controllers were praised on YouTube, and I just wanted a solid, reliable gamepad as a casual gamer. Instead, after just 2 months it broke — and the support is beyond terrible.

Nach nur etwa zwei Monaten trat ein klarer Defekt am Steuerkreuz auf (konkret bei der rechten Pfeiltaste).
In Spielen wie Hollow Knight: Silksong und Hades bewegt sich die Figur stockend nach rechts und gleichzeitig nach unten – obwohl ich die Pfeil-nach-unten-Taste nie gedrückt habe.
Als ich den Defekt im September bemerkte, habe ich den Support für Deutschland per E-Mail kontaktiert. Der Ablauf war extrem frustrierend:
Erste Antwort nach 24 Stunden: Ich sollte über einen externen Link einen Test machen und dazu ein Bildschirmvideo aufnehmen.
Für technisch weniger Versierte schon eine Zumutung: Bildschirmrecorder suchen, Video komprimieren, Fehler vorführen. Das Ganze hat mich rund eine Stunde gekostet.
Zweite Antwort (erneut nach 24 Stunden): Ich sollte eine bestimmte Taste drücken und prüfen, ob der Fehler bestehen bleibt. Ergebnis: Der Defekt war unverändert.
Dritte Antwort (wieder nach 24 Stunden): Ich sollte ein weiteres Video erstellen – diesmal gleichzeitig die Bedienung des Gamepads und den Test auf der Webseite aufnehmen.
Nach drei Tagen gab es keinerlei ernsthafte Hilfe oder Lösung, nur endloses Hinhalten.
Dieser Support ist wirklich das Allerletzte.
Ich habe das Gamepad gekauft, weil die höherwertigen Modelle von Easy SMX auf YouTube gelobt werden und ich als Gelegenheitsspieler nur ein solides Gerät wollte. Stattdessen: nach 2 Monaten defekt und miserabler Support.
My 10 year old son purchased a controller, in broke within 30 minutes of using it, at first they offered an exchange and were easy to contact, as soon as I asked for a refund they completely ignored me which is exactly where I am at now.
I made a purchase on their website, and the product was listed as in stock.
No updates for 8 days, then I received an email saying the product was out of stock and wouldn’t be restocked for another month. They said I could cancel my order by replying to the email, which I did.
Since then, they have completely ignored me and forcibly sent a package (proving they actually had stock after all), which I can no longer refuse. I had already bought the product elsewhere in the meantime, so now I’ll end up with a duplicate.
They are really unprofessional and completely ignore their customers.
Return policy not honoured. Beware!
This company does not implement its own returns policy. Do not purchase unless you are certain you will not need to return the item. I have tried to engage with the company to accept the return of an item in line with their policy [4/5 requests]. They refuse to do so and keep ignoring my simple request for the return address [which they undertake to provide in their policy], arguing the postage costs will be too high from my location. I have checked and they are not. In any event, this is my business. I believe the company are not engaging in an ethical manner and am posting to warn others that the return policy is meaningless.
