I just tried to return a bunch of tanks that I purchased because I need a different size. When I clicked on the link in the email I was sent with my order confirmation it says that my items are in eligible for return. Not really understanding why and it was never disclosed that these were final sale. Their customer service doesn't work on the weekends so gotta wait till Monday. But I'm putting this company on notice that if I can't exchange these for a different size, I will dispute this. You are legally required to disclose if something is final sale when it's purchased in the order.

I ordered 3 tank tops in my normal size and they were way too small. They run at least 3 sizes too small. I reached out to exchange them but was told that because I used a coupon code (that they provided) that they were final sale. This policy was hidden deep in their return policy that they emailed me a link to. No one would have ever known. They won’t allow a return or an exchange. Terrible customer service as well.

I was charged $27 per tank. I ordered 3. They are thin as heck. You can see your bra through them. For what they charge it’s not worth it, plus, I want to return 2 tanks and they keep emailing me asking for the order number but the confirmation email has NO order #. Can’t call them. They didn’t respond to my first email for the order number. Now, I’m too late to return them. They have no telephone number either. I’m basically stuck with them. I wound up ordering tanks from Lands End at a cheaper price too. They don’t charge as much and the quality is superior to easy standard.

Bought a garment that was listed on the website as 100% cotton jersey. Received the item and its 52% polyester, 48% cotton. I am very disappointed that the composition of the item was misrepresented as I would have never purchased it had I known.

Horrible quality tees. cheap cotton and the sleeveless tee has ruffled edges once you wash it. does not sit flat. These are the worst quality tees i've ever purchased. you would do better to buy in person at Target or H&M. Impossible to send back once you wash them for first use.

What a horrible company. The merchandise is so overpriced and quality is so so. I needed to return, and it is a ridiculous and frustrating process. No humans anywhere. All done by text that they barely respond to. When they do respond, there is never any follow thru. STAY AWAY
