Very professional and efficient. Had some complicated pieces of furniture to store and the team expertly disassembled, packaged and stored all the items, and were kept safe for months, even with the heavy rains a few weeks ago. All the items were safely delivered back to me at a new location, and the transport was easy and seamless. Really recommended.

Raju team came to help us packed my son apartment this morning. I am very impressed with their time keeping & their polite mannerism. They worked very hard in getting the job done & I can see that they did a good job at it. I can only hope now that they will also be able to shifts them safe & sounds arive in the UK soon. Especially because of the current situation in Dubai.

This was supposed to be “easy, stress free and simple” but it was far from that. First of all, they were late for the scheduled appointment which pushed everything further in the day which made them “rush” unnecessarily and so they lost a few of our items. I hated the experience so much that I didn’t even let them unbox the smaller items coz I just wanted them to leave!
For this price point, you expect a certain level of service and that’s not at all what we got.

We recently used EASYTRUCK for our house move, and the service was outstanding. Mr. Raju, as the team leader, managed everything perfectly with great professionalism. Mr. Bilal and the rest of the team (Forgot the names) were very efficient and precise in their work. Everything was handled smoothly and quickly, and we didn’t have to stress at all. Team not careful with the items and the house. Left the house full of scratches and piled up all the items in boxes. Pans were all scratched as they were placed all on too often each other.

The moving team was professional and worked well, no broken glass etc.
One point to be mentioned for improvement: Impossible to reach operations manager after 5PM, even the move is going on and there is an issue to be solved! There should be at least a duty manager in charge.
