I hired Easy Way Removals for my move in early December. Fantastic service from start to finish. They arrived on time, were polite and friendly, and treated all belongings with care. Would happily use again.

The guys who sorted my move were great. They arrived on time and were careful with my things. They got through it all fairly quickly and professionally (four floors no lift), and the offload was quick too. Everything arrived in one piece and no scratches, very happy with this service, especially as it is 60-70% cheaper than some of their rivals, plus as a follow up they kindly refunded an accidental over payment on my part

I had the guys do two removals for me which went really well. However when I asked them to disassemble a fitted wardrobe after sending pics and measurements. They were very confident that they would be able to remove it and re-fit it. After coming over and without assessing it properly they started to take the wardrobe apart. 2 hours later they said there isn’t enough room and it could take much longer than they anticipated which would cost more money. I then said no. I felt like the guy didn’t have a real idea of how the custom wardrobe needed to be taken apart. He looked lost and confused at times. So they start to put the wardrobe back and damaging the glass door and cracking it. This is a 4,500 pound custom made wardrobe the guy tell me he can offer me 70 quid for the door he than went on to say he would buy another wardrobe and take that door and replace it i couldn’t believe what he was saying. He became really annoying now the guys then tried to claim the glass already broken before they started. They kept going round and round trying to avoid the problem at that point I wanted them gone and took a hundred off even tho they didn’t do their job properly. I would not trust these people to rebuild your furniture. They are very sneaky individuals and not very professional at all.
