I would not advertise with them ever again.

They made it seemed like they genuinely cared, but they only cared to take our money by locking us into a contract via fineprint.

We only signed up because in the beginning, the business development manager that signed us up said "we are not monsters, if your circumstances change we can end the contract". Obviously this was misleading since our account manager just kept referring to the fact that we agreed to the terms of the contract by verifying the draft profile they set up for us (which was subpar because they just used automatically generated text or templates that were generic and not tailored).

Scott is amazing and extremely helpful. He supported and guided us through the process and shared lots of different options that would work for us. I would highly reccomend using them for wedding planning for venues. I can't thank you enough Scott.
