I recieved my order on sunday ate the salads first, but one salad with broccoli, the broccoli was going brown, the date on rhat salad was the 19th recieved on the 15th the dates were allover the place so i will not be ordering again

The salads are made fresh order. The salad you received on the Sunday would have been made fresh to order and packed within 24 hours of your receiving it. The products Use by dates vary depending on product. This is because all product shelf life is verified through micro testing and benchtop testing. Salads are a fresh ready to eat salad with 4 days shelf life. This is because you can consume it fresh without re-heating.
We will look into stock retention images regarding the broccoli.

We sell these products nationally into both retailers and direct to consumer and they are frequently micro tested at end of life. Some meals were very good. Sizes were good to but would never have the nachos or tortillas again.

Excellent selection
Gradually working through the vast menu because work is currently too busy and this is one of the few trusted vegan food delivery options available. So far our favourites are tofu’s katsu and the all day soy breakfast. Not so favourites are the spaghetti bolognaise and pumpkin lasagne. Most meals are low in flavour, but then I use a lot in my own cooking. The surprise to this was the spaghetti bolognaise which had loads of chilli and pepper, not what I want in a bolognaise and the noodles are extremely chewy. First delivery was excellent as I ran out and collected it from the driver, the second was left at my house and multiple boxes were damaged. The ability to provide comment direct to the company is difficult, I even had to search this online and come direct through trustpilot.

Tasty food.
After having a poor delivery experience Iku customer service team was able to quickly resolve my issues and leave me feeling like a satisfied customer.
I especially like the removable plastic film that leaves a clean recyclable food container after use.

I found them to be bland not alot of flavour. I was disappointed that my spinach green curry didn't have any broccoli, like it showed in the picture. The size of the meals are great.

nourishing tasty meals
IKU meals are nourishing and well balanced to protein. They taste great and use recycled packaging. I had a small issue and it was resolved very fast and with great solutions and I return often now to re-order their meals. I highly recommend IKU for lunches, dinners and snacks!

Salads are frequently micro tested after every batch at end of life and organoleptically via benchtop tasting and sampling.
