Didn’t care for most of the flavors
Customer service is my complaint. I cancelled the subscription but they sent another shipment despite emails, texts and a phone call from me trying to stop the shipment. Their voicemail even advised not to call again, they got the message. I never received a return phone call.
I initiated a complaint through PayPal and Shameless has not responded to date. I finally got an email response from Jess who advised that fees would be charged for the return of the product. I have copies of my cancellation. I am still attempting to make them understand that this situation is entirely their fault and I should receive a full refund with no return shipping or restocking fees

The products are fabulous. The customer service is terrible. I guess I signed up for a subscription, which isn't what I mean to do when I ordered 20 bags!! When they sent me a notice saying my next shipment was coming, I tried to pause my subscription. They said I could do it on the portal. I could NOT figure out how to do it so I contacted customer service two times for them to help me. NO response until the next week and AFTER my next shipment was already sent.

Placed a fairly large order on February 6th and I'm still waiting for it on February 27th. Customer service told me it was just taking a while. When I asked about my order a second time, no response. The product tastes good, but shipping is an issue. Pay more at Amazon and Target if you want it quickly or at all.

Absolutely complete and utter rip off company. I bought a 1 time order and they signed me up for a reoccurring subscription service, this is totally illegal. Not only that it's impossible to cancel the subscription online. I will be contacting my attorney next.

Edit in response to their reply: There is no way the effects of the gummies within the hour was a "temporary stomach discomfort". I was already taking fiber, and substituted with these gummies since they already had so much fiber.
The 30% was in reference to the fact they will charge a $9.95 "refund processing fee" no matter what. My original order was $29.90, they only refunded me $19.95 because of this mysterious fee. $19.95/$29.90 is only a 66.7% discount so they kept 33.3% of my original payment.
Original Review: Their gummies gave me the runs and were absolutely not safe to eat.
This company (Shameless Snacks) will also charge you a return processing fee that was 30% of my order cost even if they just give you a refund and don't actually want the products back. Terrible and dishonest business practices.

They have sent me three deliveries in one month and there is no way on their website to adjust my subscription! None of their links work, their chat doesn't reply, and they don't respond to emails. You call and have to leave a message that they don't respond to. The product is great, but the company sucks! I'll skip on the product if the customer service isn't there. I've already told friends who were interested not to bother and will continue to do so.

This company is shady at best. I placed an order on February 14th. I recently received it, but it was only about half of what I had ordered. I tried sending emails with no response. The phone number just comes back as busy. I advise people to STAY AWAY from this site. Now I need to keep an eye out for my credit card to make sure they do not keep charging me every month.

Terrible company model with NO customer service. Once they have your credit card they keep sending their product and you're unable to stop it from coming. The candy is OK although not fantastic. DONT DO IT. IF YOU DO YOU'LL BE STUCK GETTING SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT. I sent four emails and two chats with NO RESPONSE. Come on guys wake up. This is no way to sell.

They signed me up for a subscription I never asked for. I tried to get them to retract the charge but they don’t seem to have a way to message them so I had to dispute the charge with chase and change my card number. I got my money back (love Chase), but this never should have happened.
That being said only some of the snacks are actually really good the rest of them taste very artificially sweetened. The other problem is the fact that they tend to give you a stomach ache when you’re eating them. So overall I would say it’s a company you should stay far away from either for your gut health or for the health of your wallet, and probably your sanity.

They’re a scam. Not only did I never received my products, which had a “tracking number” that has not been updated, no shipping info, no expected delivery date, and they signed me up for subscription without my consent. They’re gaslighting people that they picked the subscribe option, but I clearly remember that I chose 1 time only. Still after looking at these reviews, I went to check on my order, and it shows that I’m on subscription and I will be charged again in a week even though I never even received my order. They make a “glitch” on their page so when you find the “cancel subscription” option, it doesn’t have any submit button after they asked you for a reason. I checked both mobile and desktop, the cancel option or subscription details are not even on the desktop version. They don’t respond to emails, they delete comments on social. It’s literally a scam that is impossible to cancel. I will report to my credit card company but trust me don’t do it if you don’t want to go through all this.

I received 1 part of an initial shipment (5 bags) but have been waiting for the majority of the shipment for 3 weeks. Have sent numerous emails, with no response.
Just received notice that I had “subscribed” to another order and it was being shipped. Tried cancelling that with an email - again no response. Received another notice that another “subscription” was being shipped. Tried cancelling that with no response.
Since they are non responsive to Emails, I am contacting my credit card company.

Agreeing with the other one star accounts, this subscription process is an absolute scam. No receipts mention that you purchased a subscription and it is impossible to check if you have a subscription, I only knew when my bank account was charged again. Before the company responds with “our subscribe & save policy can be misunderstood,” I went back to check and that term was ONLY on the social media app originally clicked on to get to the website, no where mentioned in my order or in confirmation emails. Regardless- I tried TEN TIMES to make an account afterwards to make sure I hadn’t purchased a subscription. It takes you to a login to “generate password” from your email and then never sends the password. The first time I submitted a claim with customer service, afterwards I got “generated passwords” two days later, neither of which worked then. I’ve done the contact form twice, tried to call, and tried the live chat twice- NOTHING COMES OUT OF IT!!! With the first claim they said “reply with NO Cancel Subscription” to continue, I did, and received no confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. It’s an endless loop designed to scam you, hoping you just give up and keep the subscription. Seems like the only way to make it stop is to call your bank and block the charges

Very Shady Company. I placed one order to try it. My wife and I shared one bag and both had severe gastrointestinal issues. I looked on the label and saw that they use Maltitol and isomalt which are very cheap sugar alternatives and known for causing these types of problems. I emailed them to let them know (following their return policy) that I wanted a refund. No Response. A few days later, I WAS CHARGED AGAIN! I NEVER AGREED TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ORDER! They fraudulently charged my card without my permission the second time even after I already told them I wanted to get a refund! Very Shady company that takes your money without permission and their product is horrible. Just read about Maltitol and isomalt. I'm turning them into the FTC, BBB, attorney general, and leaving a review everywhere that will take one. Criminals!

Really disappointing. I tried to start a subscription, then a week later I saw my order had not shipped so I contacted support. They replied immediately saying that my order was in transit, and sent me my tracking number again. I checked the number, and it still said it was not received by the carrier. This was a week and a half ago, and they have not replied to any further emails. I want to cancel at this point but I can't get any response, and the carrier still has not received the package.

BUYER BEWARE : this is not a one time purchase of healthy gummies this is a scam to sign you up to a subscription they make it impossible to get out of because their website does not work, they do not answer emails, their correspondence does not inform you that it is a subscription and you will find out a month later when you have to go through a bunch of hassle to get your credit card to block them.

The response below does not reflect my experience with this brand. Deceptive at best - none of the receipts I received from my initial order which I made and received product from say anything about having purchased a subscription and I am still getting served the SAME ad on instagram which says “final clearance sale” and NOTHING about a subscription. I forwarded screenshots of all of this to their customer service team and was told it’s a transparent ad and practice. Well I do not agree and stand by my review. I was able to get a refund after filing a complaint with the payment processor. The gummies are actually fine and tasty, no complaints there. Their website does not work to cancel at least on iOS 26.3 Safari and Chrome maybe that was a coincidental technical issue but it was what initiated this review because I thought I was going to have to cancel my credit card. You can purchase this product through other retailers and not have to deal with the shenanigans.

Buyers BEWARE. I placed my first order back in January. I happened to check my bank account and saw the total charged was TRIPLE the order I placed. After contacting customer service, there were three boxes of product added to my order I DID NOT order. Although my ‘order’ hadn’t shipped yet, and wouldn’t for days after my request, Shameless would not correct. I was told I would have to wait until the shipment arrives before I could begin a return. Then…the order was split and shipped with different carriers, one of which took WEEKS to arrive. When I finally got all the product on my ‘order’, I contacted customer service again, as instructed, to request a return. I was given a return authorization but also was told their ‘100% satisfaction guarantee and returns accepted policy’ could include a $10 ‘restocking’ fee and I had to pay the return shipping. The 3 huge carnival boxes, I DID NOT ORDER, cost me $28 USPS to ship back. My original order placed was roughly $57, the amount charged was around $157, took weeks to arrive while I’m out an additional $100 for product I didn’t order, and now I’ve spent an additional $30 to return the product and may also have an additional $10 taken out for a restock fee. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.
