The best investment I made in myself

I had never tried anything like this before, as I was always quite skeptical about coaching programs. However, hers felt authentic and really appealed to me—and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
My goal was to lose some weight and get more defined, but I had struggled to make real progress on my own. I would usually lose 1–2 kg and then plateau. With her personalized recipes and 1:1 guidance, I saw significant changes in a short time. After just three months, I reached my goal weight.
What I especially appreciated was that I could still enjoy my food. I ate three satisfying meals a day, had snacks in between, and even treated myself every week. Ruwi helped me build a way of eating that is both healthy and effective for weight loss, while still tasting great.
I haven’t felt this comfortable in my body in a long time, and I’m very glad I came across Ruwi and decided to invest in myself.

Changed my everyday life

I was looking for guidance that wasn’t another fad diet, and that’s exactly what I found with Ruwi. Her approach was realistic, supportive, and tailored to my needs. She helped me understand nutrition in a way that made sense and gave me practical tools that fit into my everyday life. I’ve seen positive changes not only in my eating habits but also in my confidence and overall wellbeing.

Life changing!

I’ve been on an ‘on and off’ diet for over 3 years before I started working with Ruwi. I knew everything I 'should' do but nothing ever stuck.

Working with her has been completely different from any program I've tried. She's genuine, honest, and non judgmental. She helped me see the beliefs and habits that had been silently sabotaging me for years, and gave me practical tools to change them without going to extremes.

Six months in, I've lost weight but more importantly I'm not constantly thinking about food anymore. I genuinely feel like a different person! I Highly recommend if you're tired of yo-yo dieting and want something real and sustainable.

I struggled mainly with my relationship with food

I struggled mainly with my relationship with food. I didn't know how much protein I needed, what was best to eat around workouts, and I thought about food all day long.

I came across Ruwi on Instagram. Her profile immediately radiated trustworthiness, and I saw that she offers truly personal 1-on-1 guidance.

Thanks to the coaching, I now have a much healthier relationship with food. I can go out to eat without feeling guilty, feel stronger during workouts, and have more confidence in my body. I know what my body needs and can enjoy tasty treats without feeling guilty about it.

What I appreciated most was that I could ask Ruwi anything. I always received honest and quick answers.

I would definitely recommend the coaching. The process is very personal; Ruwi takes the time to really get to know you and is always ready to help. I am incredibly happy that I took this step.

Feeling stronger and healthier, Thanks to Ruwi

I am really happy with my experience working with Ruwi. She tailored my nutrition plan perfectly to my goals, by improving my gut health, strengthening my immune system, and helping me feel better and stronger every day. I appreciate how supportive and responsive she’s been throughout the process; she was there to answer my questions and adjust the plan whenever needed. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring nutritionist

Attentive and professional!

Ruwi was very attentive and professional while helping me out with my problem.
The nutritional plan she gave me was built upon my schedule, my lifestyle and my needs and I was so grateful for that! I struggled with being bloated and uncomfortable and she helped me through the whole situation by giving me advices 24/7 and whenever I needed them. Thanks to her, I now have a new nutritional education that is so much helpful and makes meals easier and more satisfying! Highly recommend!

My weight loss journey

I had a great experience with Ruwi during my weight loss journey. She helped me lose 4 kg, guiding me from 64 kg to 60 kg with a personalised diet plan that kept me full and satisfied my cravings. The plan has also effectively addressed my constipation issues. The balance of nutritious food made the process enjoyable and sustainable. Her advice has changed my approach to eating for the better. I definitely recommend her for anyone looking to manage their weight effectively
