Let down

I have an eaziglide small frying pan for frying a single egg and also a large stockpot sized saucepan. Both started great and nothing stuck ..... until it did. Both let me down after about a year. Now everything sticks! Disappointing, especially as they are so expensive.

Eaziglide stepped in where John Lewis…

Eaziglide stepped in where John Lewis would not to replace a faulty pan. It was dealt with professionally and speedily by Eaziglide.

I appreciate the excellent customer service received from Eaziglide. Maybe Eaziglide could give John Lewis customer service (or lack of) some tips?

My poor review, left for John Lewis regarding this item, was that the item was faulty. It happens. It's not that it happens, it's how it's handled when it happens. This is when customer service becomes imperative. I would buy from Eaziglide, but John Lewis has lost me as a customer.

Eaziglide replaced the pan without a fuss

The company was a bit slow to respond to my request for a replacement under the guarantee as I did have to prompt them a couple of times but there was no quibble which was good and it was sent out quite quickly afterwards.

I bought a set of 3 Eaziglide saucepans and a large casserole dish a few years ago but this is the second time the largest saucepan has been replaced under the guarantee as the inside of the pan pitted quite badly although none of the others have which is strange. As the large saucepan was quite expensive I'm glad of the lifetime guarantee.

Which Magazine mislead me!

Which Magazine pointed towards Eaziglide and we now have 5 pans. I’d say they are only average in performance and nowhere near as hard wearing or non-stick as promised. They are very light and perform ok however.

I’ll be looking elsewhere in future.

Faulty pan- poor customer service

My Eaziglide frying pan was delivered but had a fault on the non-stick surface before it was even used.
The response from Customer Services was extremely slow and despite 4 emails and photos sent by me the situation has not been resolved a week and half later.
Very disappointed with the product but especially the customer service.
