Great customer service from beginning to end. From Diana who came to property and supplied quote to the Team of Carter, Connor and Craig who did an excellent job over 2 days, hassle free. I am delighted and wish I had done it years ago.

Excellent communication. From the moment I contacted them they were so helpful. Turned up quickly to do quote which was very competitive. Slight delay doing work because of bad weather but they turned up when they said they would. Lawn is fantastic. No more muddy paws !

They arrived on time. They prepared the area then fitted the grass on same day. The whole experience was excellent from initial site visit to the final finish. Very impressive!

Up until now I have rated this Company highly and indeed recommended them to others. I have a maintenance contract with them and on the scheduled day for maintenance they just didn't turn up no phone call, no e mail nothing. I phoned the office in the afternoon nobody answered just a machine left a message nothing. I had waited in for them all day, this is not how you treat loyal customers. I complained just had a call from the SEO of the Company saying he apologised by email which I never received what more do I want. Disgusted.

The service provided by the company from day 1 was first class. The job itself ( which whilst not the biggest job was not without its challenges) was carried out professionally and tidily by Dean and Jamie who worked away in the latest hot weather to deliver the project on schedule. Everything happened when it was supposed to happen and I am very pleased with the final result. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

First class service from initial visit to completion of job. Job commenced with turf and soil being removed, type 1 wood edges on day 1. 2nd day sand and lawn lade. Professional friendly and very tidy job completed by Dean and Liam. Kept us informed throughout.

The two areas of grass were laid in a day. The guys were friendly, cheery and very competent, certainly knew what they were doing. The two young children (under 3yrs) were ecstatic with the grass and ran round and round the garden. The grass is so super soft they were in their bare feet. The grass is so realistic, that there was a snail on it within 20 minutes. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I recently had work completed in Edinburgh. Please be very vary of hiring EaziLawn if looking for work to be done out with Dundee as this is where the company is actually based (contrary to their website advertising Edinburgh/ Glasgow branches). Guys arrived on site each day after 10:30am and left again at 3pm meaning a job that was said to take 2-3 days ended up taking 7 days. From day one the workers complained about the managing director, the site surveyor and stated that they should have been put up in a hotel for the duration of the job- very unprofessional. On meeting the managing director he reminded me 4 times during our meeting that he was the “MD” and that he was talking to me as the “MD”- very patronising. The standard of work left was poor which resulted in me having to get the team back a few weeks later to correct snags. I think there’s a reason EaziLawn can match and beat any other companies quotes. Having had grass completed by EasiGrass in the past, I would recommend going with them and avoid EaziLawn.

I’ve just had this company lay new lawn in my back garden. The transformation is unbelievable. From Colin who came to give me a quote to the lads who came to do the work I have no complaints at all. They’ve made a great job.

Had lawn fitted to both front and back gardens. This was carried out professionally and with excellent regard to my property. Calum kept me informed of what would happen and checked regularly that I was happy with the work. Even cemented my clothes dryer in for me. Can’t rate this company high enough, very pleased with consultation process and fitting, kept informed throughout the process. Excellent service.

We are really pleased with our new synthetic grass. The company made this a very simple process from start to finish. All the people we interacted with were very professional and we would certainly recommend them to anyone.

What a difference it has made to our garden

I enquired with EaziLawn on a Friday, Diana came out to survey on the following Monday and had it installed on the Wednesday.
Absolutely brilliant customer service, the guys were friendly, professional and tidy and most importantly, my grass looks amazing! I've got a before and after photo, thanks so much!
