They delayed 2 days with the production…
They delayed 2 days with the production without any notice in advance. They caused major inconvenience and potential business losses for me as I had 5 business events that week where I wanted to use my business cards. When I alerted them to the deadline and the date they promise to deliver they did not attempt to correct it or assist somehow, simply cancelled the order. No excuse, not regret.
