Absolutely appalling service from a company whose main customer base is disabled people.
Ordered an over bed table from EazyMobilty through Amazon three weeks ago for my disabled partner on next day delivery. It arrived a day late, which wasn't a huge issue, but the box was a bit battered and had obviously been opened previously and re-taped. On opening I found that some of the protective packaging from the legs was loose in the box and the interior box containing the table top was in a very poor condition; it was open at both ends which meant the table top fell out as I lifted it and hit my legs causing bruising.
The table top was not damaged but I found the item could not be assembled because one of the leg screws was defective and would not tighten all the way making it unsteady and unsafe.
In my opinion it seems likely that this was a previously returned item which had not been checked but just repackaged (badly) and sent out again.
I tried to organise a return and refund through the Amazon process but as it was an Amazon Marketplace seller a collection of the item was not offered. I explained several times, both to the seller and Amazon, about the difficulty in using the drop-off option offered but have been passed back and forth with no resolution to the problem and zero accountability taken by EazyMobilty for what has happened. Still stuck with useless table until I can get someone to take it to a drop-off point for me and can't get a refund to purchase a replacement until I do. I would certainly not use this company again and would advise other disabled customers to think twice before ordering from them. Wish I'd checked the seller reviews on Amazon instead of just the product reviews because this is not the first time this company have done something like this. I'm appalled at the disgraceful way it treats disabled customers.

Brilliant lovely

Having tried to contact this company on more than one occasion, i feel let down by a company who is supposed to care, i bought a rollator for my wife to use on holiday, all seemed to go well until one of the front wheels collapsed and my wife was seriously injured, no need to go into detail, but be careful if buying from this company there is no customer care.

This is a great product just what we needed for my dad who has recently become bed ridden thank you so much.
