Super quick response and nice staff
2days after I ordered a bike, they brought it directly to my house front door, and it was completely ready for ride. Also, they covered some important parts with fluffy things not to make it damaged. When I asked them to bring a battery charger which was supposed to packed with bike, they brought it in that day!!!! Super nice.

Finally a company that offers insurance!
Really nice company, they helped me pick out the right bike for me, by asking a few personal questions. In the end I decided to buy the x80 model. Through WhatsApp they’re quick with their responses and it feels like they are excited about the product they sell. Besides all this, I also found it very nice that they offer insurance on their fatbikes, which not many sellers do. Overall very nice people and really recommend!

Dilivery dude delivered in the rain, didnt complain about it, very profesional. Told me about my own prodcut that was delivered and patiently answered some questions i had and was willing to answer even more but i didn't even have more questions. That part of the experience made me feel asif they were equally excited about my purchase with me and didn't undermine me as a quick money bag. I guess i felt like i was treated as a person and that is rare but for me id say important. And even after the dilivery they were willing to answer more questions and advising me and how to proceed with my quiries. Always very profesional.

Perfect!
Great experience! I bought a fatbike several months ago. I am very satisfied with my purchase! Everything was perfect from the moment I contacted the customer service to get further information about the fatbike until the fatbike was delivered! The customer service is amazing and I have been fully supported whenever I contacted them since I bought my fatbike! They are quite efficient, very helpful and responsible! I would really recommend the company!
