The best company for making transfers to Brazil from the UK. We have been working with Brazil and other countries for almost 30 years. We have used other providers for payments to Brazil but Ebury is the best. Professional, efficient and friendly.

I have tried to get my money from Ebury for 6 weeks now. They keep say it’s a review. And every question asked I have answered and send document for. They still keep my funds and that cause damage of my business. I will suggest every client at Ebury to take their funds out of the account and find a new provider. They are scamming their clients

The online portal is very simple to use and the service provided is quite insightful to allow me to plan and manage both payment schedules and reducing the exposure to the currency fluctuations.
Tegan does a great job of emailing and calling every few days to keep me in the loop on any likely changes so that I can book currency in line with my requirements.

I run a group of companies based in the UK, Canada and the USA. Ebury have provided fx facilities for the group for around 12 months and they have been absolutely excellent. My account manager Tegan is a superstar who really knows her stuff and offers a top class, proactive service. She has clearly taken time to understand our business and this shows in every conversation I have with her. The platform is incredibly straightforward to use and the spreads on currency swaps are much more favourable than the banks and most other fx platforms. I would recommend to anyone who has to perform regular swaps and wants a facility that's super-easy to use. Five Stars.

Overall a great service and both Tegan and Emmet have been very supportive and tolerant of someone fairly new to fx trading. We've been using them for 10 months now, so have ironed out the inevitable teething troubles of any new service. I've docked a star for the frustration that the Trade Finance team inflict on providing management accounts and criteria of invoices etc. Although, it does show good compliance.

It’s being more than 8 years I collaborate with Ebury and I may say that they have developed a very friendly platform to convert any currency and easy pay any beneficiary in the world free of fees. Mrs Tegan who’s handling our account is always available at any special requests
