This scam site has set up another scam site called 'best-buying .net', after being exposed as such! When you open the websites, they are exactly the same, only the scam name has changed

DO NOT USE!!! The company takes your payment, in fact more than the correct price of the item, if you pay by visa there is a charge for non-sterling transaction, which there is no mention of. When you try and get in touch with them your form is returned saying they can not deliver the complaint/query

This site is a scam they take more money than advertised and you never hear or get your purchase

ebuy2016 is just a con. money paid but never received what i ordered. thanks to reading things on this web site got on to bank the same day i ordered and had my money credited back to me. i will not be buying thing on the web again with out doing a search of who i am buying from. i know that i got my money back but the anger i feel to ebuy2016 has not diminished

Exactly the same experience everyone else has put on here, followed a link via eBay and thought it was a amazing offer which has proven to be a scam!
How are sites like this not taken down especially as they are quite clearly ripping people off.
I paid via debit card and the screen quickly went back to the home page, with no confirmation email and no way of finding your order page.
I waited a further 20 minutes and checked my emails again and still no confirmation which I decided to call my bank and found that they were taking more than what was advertised and the company is Chinese.
I cancelled my card as I don't want them trying to take anymore money out and was told by my bank that they could only lodge a dispute once the money had left my account.
Trying to find details on the company led me to here and confirmed that it was indeed a scam.
Should be more aware but as I was directed from eBay I thought it would be a safe bet, obviously wrong.

Scam, do not buy, charges money but never received confirmation or items. Remember to ask you bank to charge back if you bought stuff here.

i tried to buy a 2tb external hard drive if you look at payments and policys underneath the products says we only take paypal so when i got to payment bit there was no paypal option so went ahead thinking it was further on then the screen just went blank and apparently payment validated and true they had taken from my account more money that was advertised no confirmation or anything tried emailing no reply typed the company into google and came to this site so straight on phone to credit card and got the payment held please do not go near this site i just felt a fool

If you unfortunately have purchased from this site you can write to your bank for a chargeback which should get your money back.

Ordered 2TB Seagate HDD. When I didn't receive a confirmation I was suspicious & contacted my credit card company who told me the transaction could not be cancelled because it was already in progress. Not surprisingly the amount had been converted to Chinese RMB & a currency conversion charge added. I was lucky in that eventually I received a refund via my credit card company. I did report this to Action Fraud, but received a reply that they did not have enough evidence to do anything about it. This really surprised me & I am shocked that this website can just carry on scamming people of their money

Like many others I have been 'scammed' by this deceitful company. Money taken, no product delivered and no way to contact them. Trust pilot say they will contact them with my concerns.Good luck to them.It will not happen. How can this so called 'company' still be 'trading',? they only exist to take your money.BEWARE!!!!!!

I tried to buy something that looked good value but after entering card details the screen went blank with the two words 'Date error' - I tried to contact them but obviously nothing. Fortunately my bank already had them flagged, and refused the transaction when they tried to put it through. They are scum bags and need to be thrown off the internet

Item not received, but money plus transaction fee, plus sterling charge taken from account. Followed the link through Ebay or Amazon, so assumed it was safe. Should have known better. Will be alerting the relevant people.

Do not use this website, they are a scam Chinese site, masquerading as a UK/Europe based company. They took my money and I received no product, no receipt, no way of contacting them (contact form does not work). I have informed authorities and my bank so that they cannot take any more money from me.

Spotted a foreign currency transaction, rather than Sterling on my credit card account only couple days after purchasing something from them. No confirmation from them of any transaction by email which is very unusual for a bona-fide internet trader. Spoke straight away to my bank to alert them of possible fraud and then did some research which led me to this site, This site has confirmed my suspicions

Purchased a Seagate drive online, felt payment acknowledgement was wrong. Contacted credit card company immediate with concerns and cancelled the credit card a week later. No emails re purchase or otherwise. Tried to contact without success. Goods were not delivered. Now Contact page not workable.
Stay clear!!!!

This website will rip you off. Do no purchase anything from here, and if you do, use a credit card, so that with a bit of luck you can claim your money back. Credit Card companies will refund your moneys, but will not do anything to ban this site, unless they get hundreds of complains from other cardholders. You have been warned.

I've been ripped off! .... Why bother having good internet security when people like this treat you like dirt and get away with it? They don't even reply to your emails! I blame google for allowing these scumbags to get away with ripping people off. I'm not a happy bunny.
