I ordered a pair of shoes in June 2017. I havent received shoes for a long time and wrote a message to them. They said that my model is out of stock and I can wait until October or I can choose another model. I decided to wait. October was over - I have sent them around 10 emails and havent got any reply at all. I lost my money...the shoes never came! people! be careful!

On 12/07/17 ordered a specific pair of vans for my son from this company as they were listed on their website as being in stock in his size. Cost was $54 with $15 expedited shipping. I did not receive the promised confirmation email after about an hour had passed, so I went into my bank account and saw that the debit transaction was $79+ to a PESNOTE.SITE.
Suspecting there was something not right here, I emailed this company's customer service to cancel the order and received an email back that the shoes I had ordered were unavailable, and I was asked to accept a different pair and a free t-shirt. I explained that the shoes were a gift, I had no interest in their offer and please refund my money. Part of my email asked about the overcharge - their reply was this was a "foreign exchange fee." ?? There has been no further response and nothing received. So I am out the $80. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ENTITY. THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL AND MISREPRESENT THEIR PRODUCTS. If you are one of the lucky ones who got what you ordered for the price advertised, I congratulate you on a successful roll of the dice. But for anyone else who might be considering purchasing from this company, BE WARNED!!

My experience:

It was my first time buying online, so I didn't have much trust. I saw these cool vans at a store but they didn't have my size and they told me they weren't gonna get more. I went to Vans website and that model was out of stock. I went online and found them at ecbuyshoes.com website and bought them there for $95 without cheching reviews or anything. After buying them I was supossed to get a tracking number but I only received the payment confirmation. I inmmediately went online to check the reviews and thought It was a scam and I had lost 95 bucks. After a month, someone from the company emailed me and I replied that I didn't get the shoes. After two weeks, a month and a half after I ordered them they have arrived and they are the right size and model I wanted. Yay, at the end I'm happy! Haha
If you are gonna buy at ecbuyshoes.com, just know that it comes from China and depending were you are is going to take more than 2 weeks. I live in a small island in Canada pretty far away from everywhere.. so makes sense that it took a little more than a month.

After ordering my shoes from this company and waiting about 3 weeks to get my shoes! They came in the mail and they were the exact shoes and the right size I had ordered in the original packaging and with the vans tags still attached to it! So excited about these shoes and this company worked with me every step of the way when I ran into any hiccups! These other reviews may say otherwise but I had no problem getting my shoe order and getting the right shoes! Thank so much EC buy shoes!

Im still waiting my pair of Vans...two weeks after i ordered it. I've written not one, not two but three times to customer service and i didn't get any answer to my emails.

I ordered a pair of Vans 12/17 and the email back from Fang Wang keeps saying she is sorry but it is a busy time of year. So mad. I will dispute the credit card charge.

Bought a pair of vans and paid $15 for expedited shipping. After 2 weeks order is still processing and there is no phone number to contact their customer service. I emailed ecbuyshoes and got a response that was barely English that they would ship within a few days. Several weeks later order is still processing and they have debited my card. I had to call and dispute the charge with my debit card company (paypal). Never got the shoes and am out $70.

I bought Vans shoes from this site. I paid and the money was taken immediately, but after 2 weeks they wrote to say they could not supply the shoes and I had to choose something else and they would offer me a discount and send a free gift. They are not in the US, they are not an authorised VANS dealer, they are in China and do not have any of the stock on their website.

They also refuse to refund and demand you take something they have in stock instead. I refused so this is now in the hands of my bank's fraud team.

Suggest you AVOID at all costs. I will update if and when I get a refund.
