Needed a small quantity of Stalactite Ivory White Brick Slips for a Fire surround infill. Delivered really quickly and very reasonably priced. Quality product which looks great. Very Happy.

Ordered a sample and guess what, they did not deliver nor are they taking responsibility. This company will waste your time. I'm chasing them and getting passed to numbers that go straight to a mobile phone voicemail. Someone also too my details several times and said someone will call you back. I'm still waiting weeks later. Don't waste your time....

Professional, fast and inexpensive.

Ordered some samples weeks ago still waiting .Numerous emails to Ecco bricks and shipping company with no response. Payed a small amount for the samples but still expected to receive what I payed for .Seems like they don't want my business so I'll be buying from elsewhere

first class service and just what i was looking for but in the box of 30 i received 2 were broken but other than that they look great thanks

I ordered two sample bricks and payed for both, but only received one of them. I know the samples itself are not expensive, but still it would have been nice to receive what I ordered.

As a commercial tip, sending a package to a potential customer is a good opportunity to tell the story of the company or at least give more specs on the ordered samples. In the package, there was only that one tile, nothing else..

Order came damaged and I refused it. After a quick call with a very helpful lady the full order was re sent and arrived in perfect condition next day . Couldn't recommend enough based purely on customer service

After 3 e mails to try and find out what happened to part of my orderwas I still haven't had a reply.had asked for a refund if the order was not coming
It was only a small order but regardless it is shocking that nobody has got back to me
Would recommend finding another supplier which is a shame as when I placed my order they were very helpful

Although there was an initial problem with their website, ecco bricks were really pro active about getting in touch. There was a really personal service, and the bricks were beautiful.
