Had a few issues with getting my exam voucher and then an issue with my learning materials expiring (my fault) but each time, the support has been first class.
It can be incredibly frustrating and stressful ahen trying to revise, so it is really welcoming and refreshing to experience such good support, so thank you!

Its not value for for money to do this exam instead of it you go with This exam is not really value for money. The price is high compared to the practical learning and recognition you get. Instead of spending money on this, I would recommend going for eJPT or TryHackMe certification, as they provide better hands-on experience, practical labs, and more useful skills for beginners in cybersecurity.
ejpt or THM certification
