I was looking for a simple way to trim video I've downloaded. This site was easy, quick, free, and didn't have any burdensome watermarks or features meant to get in the way. I'm extremely grateful for the resource they provided me!

STAY AWAY! Waste of Money

Terrible service. Their UI is deceiving: you sign up for a month and end up paying for a year. They do not provide the service you paid for: videos without watermarks.

Their policies are abusive to say the least. They cannot refund you if you use the platform. How do you even know if their product works if you cannot use it? Uploading or downloading any content is defined as usage by their abusive policy.

Any attempts to contact them are null. I sent them multiple emails during the 14 day window you are allowed to ask for a refund and got radio silence.

They must have good lawyers, because now my bank refuses to reimburse me.

Overall, don't waste your time. A video edited in your phone will be cheaper and less of a headache.
