I just wanted to say that the customer support and products are second to none. I order every month, always receive my order the following day. What has really 'wowed' me today is that I put in my regular order but selected the wrong strength - the lovely Sanna rang me to ask if this was correct as I always ordered a higher strength, isn't that amazing service? Wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else. Thank you Sanna.
Visited the Scarborough branch on Wednesday 8th November on a day trip from Whitby. I was looking for an identical replacement after dropping and damaging my nearly new vape (not purchased from here). I had tried several other vape shops on our travels without success. This place had much more choice in stock and had the model i wanted, but also the guy behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable and even fixed my broken vape that i was about to throw away! So purchased a new vape and now keep the repaired one for back up. Thank you for a great service.

I visited the shipley outlet and my experience was amazing. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Fast, on point and very polite.

Always a great service, not like the rest of the cowboys these will ask you questions to find your needs before offering devices, rather than offering the more expensive stuff.
I went into this shop looking to buy a new mod and tank. I was recommended the voopoo drag s, which i then bought. A day after buying it the pod fell off while i was out walking the dog and i couldn't find it anywhere. I went into the shop amd was told it was a common problem and was sold 2 replacement pods. The next day (2 days after buying it) the second pod fell off in similar circumstances.
Today i took the device back, as this is not a feasible way to vape, but was told that, as this was not "technically" a fault i could not be refunded.
I wont be back.
