I’ve ordered many times. Only once I received a defective product. I emailed them and within hours a replacement was on the way. No hassle, no problems just a quick solution. They shipped my order out within an hour of placing it and I received it in just a few days from HI to OH. That's what u call service and the prices are just as good. I got something that retails for $100 for less than $25. Thank you I will be a repeat customer.

I think this company took my credit card information and scammed me. I ordered from them and a few days later money was missing from my account and was put on a Samsung phone pay.

I am very happy with my experience form Eciggity. They are located in Hawaii so I made sure to order during their business hours to make sure order was seen that day. Within 6 hours of my order conformation email I received their email confirming shipping with the tracking number. That's a fast turn around for me when ordering online. I was very pleased with the 3 days shipping from Hawaii to Missouri. The product was 100 percent authentic and exactly what I ordered. Based off of this experience, I will be ordering from them again and recommending them to others.
