Disappointed with the customer service and review censorship

I ordered a Lost Vape Thelema Q200 Pro Box Mod from Ecigone. When the package arrived, the outer packaging was damaged. I contacted their live chat support for assistance, but the treatment I received was contradictory, unhelpful, and frankly, rudely "old school."
Following this poor experience, I left a negative review on their website. The review was initially published but was deleted shortly after.
In e-commerce, ensuring a customer's satisfaction when things go wrong is far more important than just shipping a product. These details are what truly define a company's quality and distinction. If you provide sensitive, customer-oriented after-sales support, you wouldn't need to censor or delete negative reviews. You can achieve genuine customer satisfaction without spending an extra penny—just by changing your approach.
