I have called and emailed customer services numbers of time, no one’s answered or even bother to reply back on the email. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from Ecigone.

I do want to reassure you that we hadn't received an email from you on our end, which is why there was no reply. Had anything come through, we would always respond the same day. I also want to be transparent and mention that we've had some staff shortages in the office this week due to annual leave, which has meant our phone line has been unattended at times. I'm sorry if that added to the frustration and I did mention this in my emails to you too.
The good news is we are now in touch and I'm hopeful we can get everything resolved for you quickly. A really good company that I have used…
A really good company that I have used many times. I did have a time where Royal Mail lost the package so I contacted Ecigone and they looked into it and sent out the order again. The customer service was brilliant but fair as I was asked to wait a period of time to see if Royal Mail would deliver it which I think is fair enough. The prices are really really good and usually delivery is unbelievably quick! I would definitely recommend Ecigone!
