My bike arrive with a defective front…
UPDATE:
Customer Service did get back to me and help me resolve the issue. My bike arrive with a defective front wheel part. Customer service has been slow to respond. A phone number that doesn't have a full voice mail would be welcomed. And an auto response for your cs email stating how long it will take for someone to respond would also be welcomed. I am disappointed I'm unable to ride my bike. Going on day 4 with minimal resolution.
