Eclipse was extremely helpful putting my ideas together into a cycling kit and the outcome was better than i expected will definitely do this again.

Although I am barely returning the defective jersey I ordered (hopefully a reproduce comes back) the jersey bibshort is good. Nice chamois. Fits good.

The design process seemed a bit long and drawn out but once the the design was acceptable the process seemed to move along quite quickly until a Chinese holiday interrupted things for about 10 days. Delivery was very quick after the email stating it was dispatched, about 5 days from China, Excellent. Only 1 fault found out of 4 items purchased, seam on long leg pants about half a centimetre out of line,very noticeable so not using.

Great product that's easy to manage on line. A little confusing for the first experience to place the order, but once the web site is conquered it's all a breeze. Received items quickly and exactly as ordered. This first order was for a sizing trial. Now completed and received, I'm about to place more orders. Great buying for great items.

I submitted an original design for a custom cycling jersey to Eclipse Cycling. As I was not given access to their templates I did my best copying images I found on their website. When they received my designs they said they can produce the jerseys from my files. I did not get to see any pre-production images of my design, they just said it would be possible to make jerseys based on my design. So I placed an order.

After waiting the maximum time their website says it would take for delivery, I still hadn't received my order so I emailed, and it seemed like they only started to make my jerseys after having emailed.

When they finally did arrive, there were considerable differences between my design and the final product. I had provided vector images of my design so there really wasn't any need for them to have to redesign it, but they did. There were too many misalignments and size issues. I wasn't happy with the end product because it looked unprofessional.

When I originally placed the order there were many disclaimers about the design not matching. I didn't expect that level of difference, though. I just accepted the problems and went away.

I then needed to order more jerseys. I hoped that I could address the issues with the design, so when I asked about it before placing another order they just referred me to their disclaimer about being a small company and there being inevitable design issues.

With that, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I submitted my design to another company with comparable prices and terms. This other company sent pre-production images of the jersey which I approved, the jerseys arrived quickly and the design was exactly as I wanted.

Eclipse Cycling were unprofessional in their production of the jersey's design, they were slow in making the jerseys and they were not helpful when I suggested adjustments.

I will never do business with Eclipse Cycling again, and I do not recommend them to anybody.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of this company. Eclipse Cycling worked amicably and efficiently with me to help create a jersey design for my father. He is an avid cyclist and was beyond enthusiastic about receiving this finely crafted biking jersey as his Christmas present. I would recommend Eclipse Cycling to anyone looking for a gift for the cyclist in their life.

Our little cycle group wanted some jerseys made up but didn't want to spend a lot of money on it (we're not that gung-ho). The quality of the product is really good, the people very helpful and the price was excellent. They even let us order just one jersey to check the quality of the product. We will certainly use them again when we want more jerseys and I would recommend them to others who are looking for a good quality, low price jersey.

Great product, excellent quality. Annie was very helpful and patient when designing the kit, all arrived within a month which was great considering it was over the Christamas period. I will be ordering again and reccomending Eclipse

Great comunication (Annie was our point of contact), and our shipment arrived after about 20 days (amazing as we placed our order just before Christmas). The product was very good, and the sizing was very accurate.

Just taken delivery of jersey and knick set. The final product is of good quality; and the artwork had been rendered very well. I had misgivings about fit but the fit has turned out fine, having ordered a size larger than I would normally have chosen.

I would have liked to know what the measurements were of, for example, the jersey: i.e, if a jersey is sized as XL, what is the measurement across the chest at the arm pits? The answer, I now know, is 22ins. Knowing that when ordering would have been very helpful and comforting because I knew that my other jerseys were of that measurement even though sized only L.

My experience dealing with Eclipse Cycling (Max's name was on their "ticket replies") was of very good service - prompt and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality and, of course the price. The overall process was completed not only within the adverised timelines but ahead of them. I received the the final product several days before the expected date.

I have just ordered a set of long sleeved jersey and long pants of the same personal design.

printing isn't perfect, couple of ink missing spots. the rubber band at the sleeve was too tight.

It's simple; I like the product, but the customer service needs a bit of work for me to be fully satisfied.

finishing of clothes is good.
had a problem in printing the name should have realized that before sending.

Excellent custom jersey for the price. Takes a while for them to be made and sent out but worth the wait. Only downside is they're not race fit but for $30 you can't really complain.

used the online designer and have ordered 4 different kits, all have been delivered just as the design was submitted, can't believe the quality for the money, very nice padding , material is quality also, have noticed depending on design the shorts can be just a little shorter than I like, but won't keep me from ordering more, in fact am about to place an order for winter bib pants and long sleeve jersey

I love the quality and the price of the Jerseys, however the speed of Manufacture and delivery could be a bit faster. One my most recent order one of my two garments was manufactured incorrectly. There is also lack of communication, I had to chase for an update a few times on my order and I know that some of my fellow club riders have had similar experiences.

The loss of Paypal as a payment method could cause issues, please don't use Western Union.

The gear fits well and the design is also good. The logos could have been a bit sharper though, the edges were a little bit blurred and didn't always line up.

Pretty good product though.

I sent in my design and was skeptical as to what I would get back. When I received the jersey I couldn't believe how accurate it was to my original design. You guy's are great and I will be getting a few more as well. I tell everyone about your service and site. Thanks

I am happy with the quality of the jerseys and bib-shorts I have received, though the process to get to the finished goods was a bit difficult. I have received incorrect jerseys, wind vests with incorrect text on the back and not constructed as described and the last wind vest I received has started to fall apart after one wash. If you stick to the jerseys and bib shorts, the quality is good and excetional value, but I'm afraid the jury is out on the other items.
