We had a new roof put on our conservatory to make it look like tiles instead of glass so the inside was done in plastic cladding now after 4 years the cladding has come away inside and it looks bad were not sure if we received a contract with them before hand as can't find it anywhere... Now the company has gone into administration so I guess we will have to get it sorted ourselves 🤬

From start to finish job was done badly from missed appointment to mess that they were suppose to clean they put caulk on windows which have already cracked from 2 week old job they promosided to put thing back the way they were but they do not just opologise

Eclipse added a new roof to our conservatory 3 years ago. Initially the gutters leaked outside leaving water to pool. Now the velux windows are leaking inside and the water from the gutters comes into the property through 2 doors and a window in the conservatory. I have complaints before and nobody has contacted me to remedy the situation.

We have had Solar Panels fitted to our roof and a battery installed, the whole processes went very smoothly right from the initial quotation, with no sales pressure just straight forward information to the hard working installation team who turned up when they said they would and explained every thing they would be doing and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.
