Great responsiveness, excellent product

I used the company for a one-off large flag requirement (as a retail customer). The range of products was great, and I found what I needed quickly. The company were very helpful is resolving my pre-order questions, and then delivered a high quality product on-time and exactly what we wanted. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Poor quality design work

Ordered some Teardrop flags from this company. They asked for a sketch of what we wanted and images of any logos. This was all provided as requested, on their own design template.
I was told they send their artwork abroad to keep costs down.
When it came back it was what I can only describe as the kind of design work my 7 year old does at school with scissors and a pritt stick.
The design originally had a logo, two lines of text and a green background. We got back a plain white flag with a tiny copy of our logo stamped in the middle of it like an afterthought.
When I rang the company to complain about the poor quality the Managing Director of the company e-mailed me to tell me my artwork was too complex. (This same artwork was done by another company free of charge as they said "the design was so simple it took minutes")
Very poor waste of time.
