Customer service back to like it used to be. Talking to robots who have no common sense or appreciation for loyal customers. Charging me twice for the same order and making me pay shipping to send it back after I already paid two times for something I ordered one of. Can’t give a shipping label just out of good faith like most legit business. Guess they are a hardcore mafia that takes no ish.
