Refuse to reimburse a shipment returned because of insane customs duty

When the shipment arrived in Belgium, the post service asked me for an insane amount of customs duty, which I refused to pay. Since the shipment has returned to Eco Capsules, they're refusing to reimburse and are fainting not receive my messages. When they finally reply, I always get "please get us the address so that we can send back the shipment". They refuse to reimburse, and this since 5 months.

Nespresso Eco Capsules

Like others I waited weeks for product to arrive then had to ask for tamper which did not arrive. I used the product yesterday 11th March for the first time on my Nespresso machine only to find they don’t work. Pods cost some £50- DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Faulty pods and no refund

Their reusable Nespresso Pod doesn’t work on the latest Vertuo machine.
It took almost a month to receive the product, and when I informed them that the pod didn’t work, they refused to fully refund me.

I've been had online again

I've been had online again. The tracking number they gave me doesn't work. It's 3 weeks since I ordered. If anything changes for the better I'll amend my review.

Edit: they have sent me an apology and another new dud tracking number. The cheek.

Defective product & no refund!

The caffitaly capsules took over a month to deliver and didn’t work. I agreed with them in writing that they would refund me if I returned the product. When I tried to send by registered post they would not accept delivery and would not pay the refund.

This Company is a Scam

Terrible customer experience. I ordered glasses and eco capsule kit, understanding it may take up to 20 days to deliver but that delivery would be traceable. Company confirmed initial order but every interaction since then wholly unsatisfactory. Gave incomplete/invalid tracking reference numbers for delivery. Upon repeated requests to provide valid tracking references I was told by email, after a long delay to wait another few days for the tracking to become active! It never did, I sent repeated emails asking for updates and to provide valid tracking information never received. After a month's wait, today I received confirmation that they were never delivered and are on transit to be returned to the Company who will not refund me until they receive them back. Wholly unsatisfactory as the company's correspondence with their courier clearly shows that I never received these items and am very clearly due a refund. Very untrustworthy company and extremely poor customer service.

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company!!! Major issues trying to get my order. Blaming the mail centre for logistical issues! I eventually got my money refunded through my PayPal account.

They are based in China and not Europe.

Never order again!

Entered an order on October 16th and still have to receive it. For them is apparently acceptable offer a shipping between 12-18 days. In the modern e-commerce world this is absolutely ridiculous! This is most probably a drop-shipping company that ships directly form China. If I would have known this earlier I would have ordered from Amazon and receive it at my doorstep in 24hrs. I was excited to support a local small business but I believe this is what they make you believe they are, but the reality is that they just sell stuff straight from China. Never again!

Chinese Product

I order a capsule but they didn't inform that was coming from china and now I have extra taxes since it's coming outside EU.

Theu don't answer any mail.

ECO CAPSULES -WARNING Do not deal with this company

WARNING Do not deal with this company. They advertised a reusable capsule as fitting a certain machine. When it arrived, after waiting over 3 weeks for it to be delivered, it did not fit my machine. I emailed Eco Capsules to ask how I could return the product and get a refund on the day it was delivered. They were to put it mildly, extremely unhelpful and after wasting my time going back and forth with them, they then advised the return period had expired! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Item delivered wrong

Terrible service, I purchased the capsules with the kit + 1 cup but the cup was not delivered. The company say they will not deliver the cup. Please, don't buy anything from them.

AVOID

AVOID! These people are robbing customers, I have contacted Nespresso and they have told me Eco Capsules do not work and damage Nespresso Machienes. Ordered my pod, it took 6 weeks to arrive from China. The pod DID NOT WORK. The company said it would take it back, they have received the product, and I have heard nothing about my refund. They are ignoring my emails. I advise all peoples who have been robbed by this company to file an official complaint with SignalConso. This is the French watchdog for consumer rights.

NEVER GOT OUR CAPSULE, NEITHER OUR MONEY BACK!

We (my wife and I) have ordered one capsule. The order ended up in the wrong country (we were given some shipment tracking number). Customer support was convincing us that everything is fine and that we will receive it at the end. On the second attempt, they have sent it again to a wrong place. After the second time, we asked for our money back, but they are continuously 'drives us' around. Avoid these scammers!!!

I strongly advise against having any…

I strongly advise against having any business transaction with them. I have ordered a product with them and when it arrived in my country, the customs office told me I had to pay customs fee due to the package arriving from China. I declined the order and it was returned to the sender. I notified them of this and asked for a refund. After 2 months I have still not received a refund. Their customer service is very poor and they keep making excuses or not even returning emails. To sum up, they "stole the money" I paid for a product that was returned to them. Do not do business with them.

Not recommended

The items I ordered (refill capsules for Gusto coffee pods) arrived straight from China, with no instructions. Two of the seal lids did not fit into the coffee machine at all, the third just about fitted going in but got stuck in the machine coming out. Coffee and water everywhere! I didn't dare try again. I emailed the customer email account for a refund and had reply asking for the machine details, but nothing since; it is a gmail account, which is perhaps a warning sign. Will update the review if I get a positive response.

Avoid this company like the plague

I spent £80 plus with this company, the two capsules arrived and I didn’t use them for a while. When I did, neither worked with my Nespresso Vertuo machine. I politely approached the company to see what they could do and they refused to help. Worst customer service ever, if I had the time I would take them to a small claims court on principle. I would never use this company again.

Avoid this company

I contacted this company regarding which capsules were compatible with my machine, providing photos of the model number etc. They confirmed a capsule which was compatible. On arrival (several weeks after ordering) they weren’t. I contacted the company and they said to return them send proof of postage and they would process my refund. I did this paying for the return at my own cost (stupidly). Provided the proof. Couple weeks later no refund and then the package was returned to me. They had refused it. I am presuming the return address is a front. Needless to say I have had no reply to emails I have sent now. AVOID!
