Called the to be told they are no longer trading and liquidation will be in touch! Is this even true?? No communication - having to go through disputes now. Do not buy!!!!

Had an issue with my Kalkhoff, visited EvoMove who took it in next day - sorted initial issue that day, agreed to service the bike. Received back following day and the bike feels massively improved. The shop kept me fully updated regarding parts and costs at all stages. A great service and happy to recommend.
Bike delivered damaged and late agreed…
Bike delivered damaged and late agreed to some paint being supplied and a few other items free as compensation been promised these and they have not been delivered will now ask for a refund and collection of the bike
Poor customer service, took two months to basically fob me off
Bought a new screen for my scooter 1st of August. This caused my scooter to have a pin to connect to it over bluetooth which I did not set up. I am unable to change to options on my scooter like cruise control and changing the speed to MPH.
It's now two months later with no resolution after multiple calls and reaching out over email. It's really frustrating to be messed around so much. I would avoid buying from them as even though they are cheap it is really abysmal service and terrible communication.
Since this review was posted the head of sales decided to look me up on linked in but failed to contact me in person .Again this is very poor and somewhat alarming given the nature of this i would again stress to avoid this company.
Fantastic experience buying from EcoMove!
I recently bought the Ampere Deluxe electric bike from EcoMove. I had done a fair bit of research but the staff were so helpful, taking a lot of time to explain options and help me pick what would be best for me. I was able to trial the bike on the day too which helped!
The aftercare is fantastic, with them offering a month's free insurance with a suggested provider and a check in after 2 months to make sure your bike is working for you.
Generally highly recommend! For such a big purchase, being able to go into store and get so much help was a game changer.

So friendly and helpful. We got a Yuba electric conversion bike in the autumn and it's totally opened up Bristol for me and my two kids, who love riding on the back. We hardly use the car now and it's such a great way to get around. There's so much space to carry stuff and it's really comfortable. Nilloy and the team were so helpful and we've been able to go back to make some small adjustments to the bike - which they happily and helpfully did for us to make sure it's really comfortable and works for us. Would so recommend this bike and this shop.

Rich + team reunited me with my bike that was stolen outside the Bristol Royal Infirmary from recognising it from my Facebook post! Rich got in contact with me and I was able to get my bike back! What honest and genuine people :) I’m so chuffed they went out of their way to help me. I wouldn’t have been able to afford another bike and this trusty wizz gets me to work and back every day. I purchased a £2,500 bike, which arrived in an upside-down box—only to discover it is faulty. I contacted Nilloy immediately, and instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me for not paying an extra £89 for a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure the bike was working.
Frankly, that’s outrageous. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to receive goods that are:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described
A brand-new bike costing £2,500 should be fully functional without needing to pay extra to confirm that. Selling a faulty product and shifting the responsibility to the buyer is against UK consumer law.
I emailed Nilloy right away on 11th March—still no response. I also copied in your customer service team—again, no reply. That’s not just bad service, it’s unacceptable.
Please consider this formal notice:
• I reject the faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
• I am entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement
If I do not receive a response within 14 days, I will raise this matter with the Retail Ombudsman and the Bike2Work Scheme, as well as consider taking further action through Trading Standards.
I have no interest in keeping a defective bike and will pursue every available route to resolve this matter.

Absolutely incredible company. Fabulous and fast service from them. The brakes I bought was for my 16 year olds downhill bike and he's so happy and shocked he got a gift as well thank you so so much! Will recommend to everyone for their biking needs.

Great shop, brilliant service
I got to test ride 4 bikes; I was on a tight timeframe, but I got the impression that I could have ridden for much longer. I had my heart set on a bike after looking at the website, but after test riding I changed my mind so I am so glad I got that opportunity, I really recommend visiting the shop if you can.
Nilloy was great he really knew his stuff, when I asked a question he didn't know he got one of the bike techs who could. I ended up getting a preloved that was VERY well priced so keep an eye out.
Great customer care and helpful advice and guidance provided.

Generally a good experience
Generally a good experience. Ordered a headlight for my himiway zebra and communication was great throughout. Unfortunately, after purchasing the headlight it turned out the store was out of stock and one had to be shipped from China, which took about 3 weeks. Hence the docking of 1 star.
Other than that minor hiccup, I would still recommend. 👍🏻
