Eco Nest 

Failure to repay deposit after works cancelled within 14 day period due to family emergency. Have been given the run around by EcoNest with no refund after 3 weeks.

After an initial bumpy start I must say that ALL efforts were made to ensure that the open cell foam removal from all the loft spaces was completed. The replacement insulation across the rafters and Ecowool replaced all the fibreglass. Keith and his team left the place spotless with almost all sign of the foam gone. The team spirit was excellent, despite an unenviable job and I found them easy to talk to. At each stage I was shown what had been done with use of iPhone photos.
Thank you EcoNest for resolving a large worry with the incorrect application, 4 years ago, of foam by another company with no possible redress and they have gone into administration. Without complete foam removal it would have meant sale of the property would have been an issue with mortgage lenders because of an assumption that the foam installation could not allow airflow, leading to a possible rotting of the roof timbers.
I am happy to recommend.

Honest and polite from the start from Lucas the MD to the lovely guys who did the job.
Cyril is 93 and felt comfortable in their presence.
There was no pressure to pay the final balance immediately which nowadays is rare.
The guys worked hard all day and cleared up any mess outside of the attic.
We would definitely recommend Eco Nest.

tony was very good with explaining and demonstrating the issues we had with our loft. he was also very polite and understanding with 84 year old margaret and repeated things if needed. very helpful and co operating and didn’t pressurise any payments. very lovely chap

After having my mortgage refused because of cowboy scammers installing the wrong foam insulation. Eco-nest not only inspected it for free and rectified the issues for half the price. Quality from start to finish my house sold in months.

To keep my review simple for anyone a little hesitant to use this company. I got my first property a few months ago thought it was fine but there were old issues like fiberglass. Spray foam etc so my cousin took a look and recommended I get a company to come and re install these things.
This company was recommended as they don't extort prices like major established chains so I was able to remedy all the issues with my home in a timely manner. First they sent someone to take a look he explained in depth the issues that were present with the property and had alot of examples and evidence to back up his claims so I was happy that they weren't pulling the wool over my eyes. Not long after that everything was installed and my cousin looked it over and was very happy with it so I'd recommend the company to anyone in the same boat as me

The director of this company, Lucas fuggle is a scammer, he’s a classic con man with the gift of the gab. This is his most recent company doing the same type of work, cold calls you out of the blue, does an inspection of the insulation that’s already been installed, says it’s been done faulty and they can remedy it, either does the work and doesn’t send any invoice or warranties of work or will take a deposit off you and won’t give you a refund even if you cancel within the cooling off period. He scammed my friend out of his deposit, look up “warmer us” on trust pilot and check the reviews out on there and a couple reviews name Lucas as the person dealing with the job. I can’t see how anyone is giving this company 5 stars unless he’s got them to review his company for him

The director of this company is Lucas fuggle and has also been a director of 2 other companies doing similar work since may 2023 (all information is on companies house). You’re claiming to not know the company in question when you was a director of it

Stay warmer uk Ltd (stay warmer us on trust pilot) has been dissolved but not a voluntarily strike off, it’s had a compulsory strike off (usually by not following legal requirements) by companies house on February 2024 and you set this company up February 2024. The website has now been shut down and the last review was December 2023

Solcon group ltd (solcon group on trust pilot) was started with the same scamming director as stay warmer and has now had the website shut down. The last review on this company was February 2024

This company was set up just under a month and you’re claiming to have had 1,300+ happy customers already on your website

The other scamming director (Daniel Martin) has had another company compulsory struck off but he hasn’t started a new one only you have

I will remove my review on your new company if you pay back the people you’ve scammed with stay warmer, until then it stays!

I can’t recommend eco nests team enough. My mother had fallen into the trap of having spray foam insulation installed. As we expected, when she went to sell her house it caused a problem and needed to be removed. Eco nest was really helpful and carried out the work quickly. The surveyor that checked the loft afterwards was impressed by the quality of the work. He helped alleviate a stressful situation for my mother. Thank you

Super company to deal with. From initial survey to booking to installation everything was flawless. The difference it has made to the house is amazing. No more cold draughts and the house stays warm for ages after the heat is turned off. Ours is a dormer and the upstairs was never properly warm until now. End result- heating is on 4 hrs daily instead of 8. Can't recommend enough Thank you to everyone at eco nest ltd

Had a very good experience with Eco-Nest, after having a few quotes from some other companies for a wall coating, they came in as the cheapest price, and I'm so glad I went through them.

The installation team were so helpful, they kept me updated every step of the way and I'm very grateful for the work they've done.
