guys chill chill , you dont needs your MSC certs etc - Export/SEG is a scam dont waste your time with it.

Eco-plug did our install about 2 years ago and ive done the SEG with Octopus and also with EDF.

So far ive been paid 75 quid in SEG total after spending 10k having my whole roof covered in useless ornaments.

Solar is a scam, climate change is bs, SEG is a con dont bother with it - if anyone tries to sell you Solar hit them 6 times in the head with whatever large heavy object is within reach.

BTW Africa has the cheapest power - come with me, get a laptop job and leave this dump to those who ruined it. Good luck to all the Eco-Butt Plug victims

If I could give them Zero I would. Now they are bust I cannot get the MCS certificate from them so cannot export my energy. Panels were installed in June and I chased the Directors for months to get it. if anyone knows who the administrators are please advise. The MCS organisation were given my complaint months ago but have said I need to take legal action against the Directors to get what I am owed.

At least I had the system installed prior to the company going bust by the look of it, however if they do start up I would avoid and use another company. The clamp was fitted on the incorrect cable and I still ended up paying more for my electric than I had before the panels were fitted. The company were useless at communicating and once they had the money basically wash their hands of customers. Avoid at all costs !!!

For those who are awaiting paperwork relating to installation: we have been told today by 3rd party company that Eco plug is in administration. If you are awaiting DNO letter contact your local dno office.

So i gave them a deposit in August and now it would seem that they have gone bust without insuring the deposit money ..do not sign up with these guys under any circumstance

They've gone into administration...really another bunch of money grabbers and customers can do one!!!!

This is not just solar panels and installation ... THIS is ECO PLUG.

We have just had a solar and battery system installed by Eco Plug, and the experience has been fantastic.

The original surveyor was great, offered the right solution but no hard sale at all.

Then to the installation team which were absolutely fantastic. Kept you in the loop all the way through the installation and spent time to explain and demonstrate everything fully.

The very next day we have not used any electric from the grid and all self generated. Looking forward to seeing the savings!

Great Team with huge amounts of enthusiasm and knoweledge to get the job done right. Jordan and Oli are clearly passionate about renewables and this goes to show in there ability to get things completed. NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE.
