Hot tub back in use!

Thought our hot tubs was going to be a big white elephant in our garden as after a couple of months of ownership, my wife's skin reacted so badly, it became unusable for her. Tried different chemicals, water conditioners, cleaning methods, even swimmers barrier cream, but every time she used it, she'd get a really itchy rash down her sides. It didn't affect me at all, so was not down to a particular thing in the water as far as we could see. All measurements of the water quality were perfect every time, but the rash just kept reoccurring.

Used Eco3spa as a last resort and what a difference. Third month now, water is clear, no foaming, no film, no tide marks, filters are clean and best of all......zero rash! Back to using tub 3-4 times a week. Used two thirds of the bottle at regular intervals (as directed), two tablets every Friday, plus one tablet prior to each use and bingo! Rash free, the water feels softer and every test strip shows perfect balance. So easy to use, no fiddling about with pre-diluting different chemicals to try and balance one against the other, simply 300ml every month, then tablets as directed and that's it. Haven't had to use any other chemicals at all.

From personal experience, I can highly recommend. Will definitely be setting up a 3 month subscription.

Absolute waste of my hard earned £90

Absolute waste of my hard earned £90 , tried to write a review on there website but they only show the occasional happy customer who are probably family anyway, water went green within a couple of days , done everything to instructions, the customer service is dire, send videos etc, but would not give me back my money, stay clear of this rip off product

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. This company also trades as HOTTUBS UK and Surespa. Read the reviews and buyer beware. I purchased from their Eco3spa.com site and they won’t refund the purchase price of an item not received and returned directly to them by the courier.
