A very uninspiring experience

After my very uninspiring experience with ecoarcade.co.uk, a trading name of Web Growth Consulting Ltd, of Rugby, I struggle to give them 1 star. After placing my order, my goods were delivered from a different, third-party company, who it eventually turned out were themselves fulfilling an ebay order made using my delivery details--but this third-party were unaware that ecoarcade were effectively 'reselling' their own goods on the ecoarcade website. This only became apparent, when, upon receipt of my goods, which coincidentally proved to be faulty, it became necessary for me to obtain a replacement. My email requests for post-sales support to ecoarcade were ignored for a week, at which point I attempted to phone ecoarcade at the contact number given on their website. Unfortunately the person answering the phone hung up on me without saying a word as soon as I began to explain, and immediately switched to answerphone! Definitely getting a sense of the suspicious, it was at this stage that I realised that the delivery and delivery note were naming the different, third-party company, who themselves are, I believe, a reputable, established company; and they indeed emphasized that they had never heard of ecoarcade. They were very helpful in rectifying the faulty product problem though, soon testing and dispatching a replacement, but of course this was absolutely no thanks to ecoarcade, who, as far as I can tell, couldn't care less about the problem, and couldn't even be bothered to talk to me about it. Uncertain as to whether I had been the victim of some scam, I contacted my credit card company to seek advice, the outcome of which was the cancellation of the card. I believe the third-party company are interested in following up the 'reselling' situation with ecoarcade.
