The process is extremely simple and easy to follow, so I'd definitely use this service again if needed, but the payout for the brand and type of phone could be better. The two phones I used were bot... See more

The overall experience was very easy and convenient but you guys do not offer enough money for the devices at all.

It was an easy process to deal with. Easy directions to follow.

You all always give one quote but once you’re at the kiosk the price changes

I was offered a certain amount and only recieved $2 for my phone value was no good

Using this kiosk to sell my phones was fairly easy and I had no complications whatsoever. The instructions were pretty simple and everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn't rate it with 5 stars was because they only gave me $1 for a Motorola phone that was in almost excellent condition, but I didn't need it and wanted to get rid of it anyway. I was able to sell 2 very broken iPhones and the Motorola at the same time in one transaction, so it saved me time.

I had a mixed experience using a Cash for Cell Phones machine. Unfortunately, the first machine took my phone but did not dispense any cash.
There were a few issues with the machine itself. The front-facing camera, which is used to match your face with your driver’s license, appeared to be mounted about 90 degrees off. I had to stand sideways to get it to align properly, which was awkward and not very user-friendly. Additionally, when the machine accepted my phone, it made a concerning sound—almost as if the device fell inside rather than being properly placed on a tray.
On a positive note, the customer support experience was excellent. The representative I spoke with took the time to test and verify the issues I described and confirmed my concerns. She was professional, calm, and reassuring throughout the process, which made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. I was told a check would be mailed to me for the phone (it has been about four business days so far, so I am still waiting).
The following day, I tried a different machine and received a much lower offer—$2.00 compared to the $10.00 quoted by the previous machine. I understand that pricing can vary, but such a large difference in a short period of time was surprising and unclear.
Overall, while I appreciate the helpful customer service, the machine issues and inconsistent pricing made the experience less reliable than expected.

This was so easy and efficient that I will be back to sell more soon. It only took 4 devices at once so there is a limit, that would be the only negative.
