In july 2022 we tested at Frankfurt airport. We paid 4 x €269,-because we needed the results in an hour. We never got the results! When we returned from our holiday i tried to contact Ecocare. The sent me an answer and confirmed they made a mistake for two tests and they said returned € 269,- . This is not what i wanted because i did not get any results. After more emails and complains i still didn't get my money back. A very bad organisation. Criminals. I already informed the police and the insurance company.

My refund case has been 4 months!!no progress at all!!the team, the company , the staff all are irresponsible!!!duplicated charge 160euro!!!!!

Please avoid using this lab for any important service you need for travel. My wife, my daughter and I went to EcoCare MyZeil shopping centre branch to do a PCR RT test on 9/7/2022 in preparation for our flight to Hong Kong on the next day. We spent 59 euros each for their 24 hours test service. On 10/7 morning, we received 3 reports, 2 positive and 1 negative. Three of us had been living in the same hotel room and eating together during the past week, this was already something incredible. We quickly did RAT tests, all showed that we were perfectly ok. As the flight was in the evening, we quickly found another lab in a Ramada hotel in Frankfurt to perform another test. It's available in 4 hours and our results were negative. Finally we were able to board our flight to HK. All the tests we have done in the HK airport and in the quarantined hotels have been ok. Only the reports from EcoCare showed the positive results. Their management should do a thorough review to see what's wrong in their process. The set up in their MyZeil centre was really primitive. One lady working in a abandoned shop acted both as the receptionist and the samples taker. She wrote our names on a piece of paper as the audit trail. Everything was like amateur when comparing to the professional lab in the Ramada hotel we went later. Please think again if you need such service for travel, and allow time for a subsequent test just in case ...

Back in 11/2021 (no holiday saison or similar) I need a negative PCR-Test Result to check-in for a international flight. I do an Appointment for a 12h Test Result at Ecocare Test Center Nuremberg Airport.

Long story - short end. I received the Test Certificate after 19.5h, over 7h delay !! The personal in the test center and on the Hotline was friendly but not really helpful ("I need to wait").

I wrote a couple of emails (11/2021 and 12/2021) to the support and also a letter (01/2022) to the CEO of Ecocare. In 04/2022 they payback the full cost without any comment. In 05/2022 the support wrote me an email that they will payback in a few days.

Over all I had a free PCR-Test but a lot of trouble with this company.

1 star is even too much. I booked a PCR test for 24 hours in February 2022 and the money was debited from my bank account. I got to the personal and he told me the results took 48 hours. He canceled my booking and told me to call customer service for a refund. At the same time i had to go to another test center that would produce my results in time for my flight. Called the customer service and they told me to write an email. The email was replied quickly where i was asked to send my details including my Bank details to process the refund. Since then I have been waiting for the money to reflect in my bank account. I have written emails to ask on the issue. Reasons: 1)High number of cases being examined .2)refund request in progress .3)waiting for the relevant department for update….. But logically speaking. 3 months is a long time to process a Bank Transfer. Larger companies like Amazon take less than 5 business days to process a refund and for it to reflect in the bank. Times are hard and it’s a set back to keep checking the progress of money that you need to use. And it’s not like you get any compensation for the inconvenience.

My experience with EcoCare was terrible.
I took an appointment for a PCR test (for traveling reasons) with three weeks of anticipation. Of course they took my money inmediately, but they forgot to mention that the appointment they were offering in their own website did not exist. Of course, nobody said anything in the next three weeks. I was informed on the same day of the appointment that they were not opening, puting in danger my trip.
I complained asking for my money back, and since then, i got very few evasive answers. I must clarify that this case is really simple to analyze and solve.
It has been a month already and I still don't have my money back. Their last reply was two weeks ago asking for patience. I have no news still.
I would choose any other company for my next PCR test that is not EcoCare.

Update: After months of insisting they finally returned my money. I would still not use their services.

i had no appointment but the staff helped my at the test center and it didn’t take long time.

I had an appointment for a test with EcoCare on christmas. The test center was closed though, and the appointment was not cancelled. I asked for a refund and I was told to cancel the appointment. I only received half of my money back. To me this is a clear scam. Additionally, EcoCare is providing a health-related service irresponsibly (not cancelling the appointment, no excuses, not even admitting their mistake) and they could cause people to lose a lot of money because they cannot travel. Like it almost was the case for me.

Edit: It is impossible to reach someone via the phone and from the reply of the customer service it is evident that they did not even read my email properly.

Update: Money has been refunded after a month of complaining.

No waiting time at the test center. Everyone was very friendly and perfectly organized, with an easy-to-use mobile app where you recieve results as well! The process couldn't have been easier - I would do this again without hesitation.

It's a great experience to be able to get my covid test done a the airport in Frankfurt. It was very easy for me as well because everything happened online before my trip which made it super convenient! the staff on site was super helpful and i got my certificate on time for my next flight.

Ecocare Eindhoven saved our flight. Due to the incompetence of spoedtest.nl who failed to send us the test results on time, we were forced to book a test at Ecocare at Eindhoven Airport. They delivered the results within 15 minutes (during Xmas). Thanks to the local team for their efficiency.

We arrived in Frankfurt airport and needed a PCR test. Because we needed to catch a connecting flight, we pay for the quick test with a promised result within 1,5 hours. But it took more than two hours to get the results, and we were therefor late for the check-in for the flight. The superviser at the Ecocare site promised us a refund, but when we afterwards contacted them, they refused. So be aware that they do not live up to their promises. Not when it comes to the timeframe before you get your result and not when it comes to being promised a refund.

We got our PCR test results after 37 hours. Hotline was easily reachable and I could talk with one of the operators at 10 pm and he was polite.
