SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

SCAM. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
It is not a family business, it is not eco, it is not worth it.
THIS IS SCAM. Don't waste your money with them.
I ordered a package six months ago and I never got it.

First excuse was that the courier tried to deliver my order three times, which is not true, cause I was at home the three times they signed it as an unsucessfull delivery
Their next excuse was that my phone number was wrong in their data base, which by the way was not true, therefore the courier couldn't contact me when they didn't "find" my house.
Next excuse was COVID, obviously they couldn't come up with something else, but I have received all the things I have ordered through this COVID year.
Last excuse was that they got a slow response from the courier but that they have sent it again to me. ANOTHER LIE. It's been two months since that one

And through all this process, it was me begging for explanations and only getting the answers after being insistent and sending several mails each time.
I would attached all screenshots if I could to demonstrate I am telling the truth.

Year later & No shipment, no refund

Ordered an item from them over a year ago and it never arrived. Tracking says label created but that it hasn’t even shipped yet. I had to reach out multiple times and via multiple methods before even getting a response. Still no package and not even a refund. Waste of money and time. Will never purchase from them again. There are plenty of other green companies with better customer service.

Avoid this cheap Chinese junk

Writing this to help others avoid this shady company.

I ordered 2 x wall hanging "tapestries" from this company.
The first disappointment was that upon receiving them they fitted through the letter box, and were in the black plastic bag typical with Alibaba or Wish.
Yes they are shipped direct from China like all the other junk companies.

Second disappointment was that they are extremely thin and cheap plastic smelly material.
I ordered a tapestry which is defined as a "piece of thick textile fabric with pictures or designs" certainly not what I received. This is false advertising.

Next disappointment was that one of the orders was incorrect. Due to the poor quality of the items I TWICE requested a refund instead of a replacement, which is within my EU consumer rights. The customer service replied quickly and was acknowledged.

However, 10 days later another crappy plastic 'tapestry' drops though my letter box.

I tried several times in good faith to resolve this issue. Throughout my whole experience its clear that this is a shady company selling cheap Chinese junk behind a fancy website and some 'Eco' branding.

Nothing Eco or charming about shipping polyester junk from China.

All good

I ordered 2 wall hangings in November and they arrived just in time. Unfortunately, one of them was too large (my mistake, I didn't measure my wall before).

I contacted them and they were super friendly and helpful and I could exchange them just in time for Christmas! Even got a little extra present with it - THANKS!

One star less, because my favorite variant was not in stock when I ordered.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING on this site

DON'T BUY ANYTHING on this site, it is fraud! I would like to refer to another review on ad-scams which I'm not allowed to link here but which got a lot of indicators why ecocharming is not trustworthy.

Furthermore, I can tell you from my own experience that the site must be fraudulent:

1. It says it is a "familiy business", but so highly advertised that this is impossible.
2. Their facebook shows almost no interaction with other people, the commentary function is often disabled, which is another indiator that they don't want people to criticise them online.
3. If you buy something, the bill will go to NATURAVIS GmbH. This company is nowhere listed on the website of ecocharming. If you google for naturavis, you will either find this empty website here (naturavis.de) or some german company specializing in wind energy, having no connection to ecocharming at all.
4. If you choose the package-tracking option, you will see they work together with "CJPacket", which has a lot of reviews about working together with fraudulent companies.
5. The site does not opperate in https, which means that all your data can be tranferred to third parties. I got spam email the next day i ordered something in my "relevant" folder, which means that my mailbox is not even able to recognize the spam as spam and put it in the spam folder.
6. Costumter service on facebook does reply, but only with very genereal phrases like "thank you for your order, we are preparing it for shipping" no matter what your ask or write, indicating a bot writing this.

I hope this review was helpful and you refrain from doing anything on this website.

Regarding your claims, let me respond & clarify:

1) We do advertise on social media, yet we are a family business - the two are not mutually exclusive.

2) We do interact with our customers on social media and the comment function is NOT disabled - we have plenty of comments on our posts and respond to any inquiries in a timely manner.

3) The name of our company is Naturavis - ecocharming.com is the brand we sell our products through (this is referred to as a trade name and is common business practice).

4) CJPacket is a shipping company like DHL or UPS, but for e-commerce. It is a low-cost option, which gives us the opportunity to offer free shipping on most of our products.

5) We do have a SSL certificate on our website, operate through HTTPS and all our payments are secure & encrypted.

6) As stated in point 2, we interact with our customers and try to provide helpful answers to all inquiries. Furthermore, our support is available at support@ecocharming.com .
