I had a problem with the sleeve of the ecoffee cup. I contacted the customer service and without any questions or hesitation I recieved a new sleeve within a few days. What a great service!! I am very satisfied how ecoffee cup handled my request.

I bought two blue cups at Gloucester service station to keep in our camper van. Initially, I was very happy with them, but then they started to stain really badly. I tried everything to clean them but they remained dirty and stained. I also noticed that I couldn't drink water from them as it tasted of coffee. I wrote to customer services for cleaning advice and was told to buy a special solution from them at the cost of 3.50. I was also told the taste was due to silicone and no solution was given. I replied again asking for alternative cleaning advice as I don't want to pay 3.50 every time. I received no reply. I will now go back to a china cup.

I have a couple of ecoffee cups and love the quality and design. Recently I called upon their customer care department as my daughter had broken the closer tab on one. I was dealt with by Claire, who was really helpful and arranged for a new one to be sent out... which it was. So pleased at their great service. Totally recommend this company.

This company have their heads screwed on and their hearts in the right place. I’d been trying to buy a decent replacement lid for my trusty reusable cup. I emailed them to find out if they sell just lids, and they sent me one for free! Great customer service! 💚🌍

I lost the rubber sleeve on my ecoffee cup. I emailed them and received a prompt a d positive response. Within a week I had been sent a replacement, free of charge.

Was given an ecoffee cup as a gift and the band was split. I contacted customer service and a couple of days later a new popped through the door. Great customer service and a great cup for on the go.

I lost the lid of my cup and not only I got a replacement lid free of charge (shipped outside the UK) but 2 extra colors as well, to make sure one will match perfectly at least. And it does. Huge thank you. Wow! :)

Fantastic customer service from a company who cares. I lost a part of my silicone lid so, as it was a sustainable item I didn't want to replace or stop using it, I contacted Ecoffee and the sent me a replacement part straight away. No questions asked. Really pleased to see a company who stands by their values.

Overall I really like the cup. I just wish the top was flat in the middle like other covers so it won’t hit my nose.

Ecoffee were really helpful and great with their communications. I lost the top insert from my lid whilst on a walk. I contacted them hoping that I could buy a new insert or lid to save me buying a whole new cup. They kindly sent me a new insert by post. Very grateful

I’m really happy with the cup. Earlier I have used bamboo cups with bamboo lids that was hard to close so it leaked often and as a clumsy person when I drop it the lids usually cracked open. With this one the lid is made from silicone so it’s very easy to close and I hardly think it will crack if I drop it 😅 the size is really nice as well and the quality is very nice. Very happy with the purchase.
