Wonderful customer service

Claire at Ecoffee cup quickly understood my needs and sent me a replacement cup WITHOUT the everlasting silicone sleeve and lid, which did not need replacing. Very impressive - and of course, such a simple way to reduce waste. Get a keep cup - and take it with you!
(Forgot to mention that there was NO CHARGE for the replacement bamboo cup - marvellous!)

Great Experience!

I lost the lid to my cup with none in stock online. I emailed customer services and had a prompt response. A representative called Claire asked for my address to pass to the warehouse to post one FOC. Absolutely over the moon as I really like the cup I have to the point where when it broke…I purchase the same one again.

The goods itself are very good and very durable. Have used them for a long time. Unfortunately I dropped the cup and there is a long crack on the cup which renders it unusable.

I was looking at how to recycle the cup and discovered on the website that they have a free post to return the cup and they will recycle it. This itself was great, no need to throw it away and it can be recycled.

I will be purchasing more cups as gifts seeing as they can be recycled should they come to an end of use.

The extremely good customer service was later when I contacted them to check the return address and was told they will send out a brand new replacement cup at no cost!

Just phenomenal customer service, I wrote an email asking if I could buy a replacement cup (I’d dropped mine) so I could save the silicone lid and collar from landfill. They have blown me away by sending me a replacement cup for free. It was after all my clumsiness that caused me to drop it!

Really impressed with the customer service I experienced. Recently broke the cup part, and got in touch about getting a replacement. Heard back within the hour, and now have a new cup being sent out less than 24 hours later. Claire, who emailed me, was really friendly and helpful, sharing with me the address I can send back my broken cup to be recycled also! Whole experience was great!

Spectacular customer service! My roommate has one of these, and I often steal hers because I like it so much. BUT at one point I lost her lid, and hers is one of their limited-edition travel mugs, so they don't publicly sell replacement parts. I contacted them with the issue and they immediately helped me replace it free of charge.

Love my eCoffee cup. Since getting it 3 years ago it's become my go to receptacle for all hot drinks, even when at home. And then I stupidly broke the cup, which broke my heart. I emailed eCoffee to see if I could replace the cup part, as the lid and band were fine and I didn't want to throw them out. Customer service sorted it for me, replying almost immediately, and I now have a working cup again, with less guilt about damage to the planet. I really am so impressed with their attention to the environment in this regard. Thanks to the team.

I bought myself an XS cup which is perfect for a Cortado. I have not seen this size in other shops/brands. Plus there is no after taste to the coffee as there had been from my previous folding silicone cup.

I've also bought two small cups for my children as cafes often give them disposable cups to prevent then breaking china cups - both children have been thrilled with their own "grown up" cups.

Would recommend to anyone and really great customer service too

Really impressed with the level of customer service from this company. I'd managed to mislay the lid from my favourite cup (a bespoke one from a KT Tunstall tour), but ecoffeecup found a spare one in the warehouse, and shipped it to me free of charge :)

Excellent company and a fantastic product. I've been using my reusable cup for a few years now and had no problems. I recently lost the lid and contacted customer services to order a new one. Customer services went above and beyond even colour-matching the new lid to the bespoke cup. It arrived in only a few days as well. Absolutely brilliant company and I will order from them again.

Great product and excellent customer service.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, immediately emailed ecoffee to ask if they could change it. Despite it being just about to go out in the post they were able to exchange it to the correct size for me.I ordered it on the Thursday and received it Saturday morning. Also I used the lucky dip and am really pleased with the design I received! All in all a fabulous shopping experience.
