Unfortunately we can't recomend this firm. We got a filter for the whole house installed totally wrong. When we called and told them that the pressure was bad they said that it could change after the installation. The pressure was so bad that we could hardly take showers or flush the toilettes. We have a friend who is an engineer who looked at the installation and he found out that the two filters were installed wrong. The small filter wich is to be installed after the big one was installed first. Considering the situation he changed it for us, and then we got the pressure back. We called Ecofilter because we wanted some compensation due to the fact that we hade to buy new filters yo make it work (they told us we never had to change them) but the answer we got was NO and they accused us to be unpolite. The didn't want to compensite us at all.

We thought we had made a good deal when Johan Berg from Ecofilters of Sweden visited us to give us a quote for the installation of a water filter for the whole house. The quote given verbally was 350 euros fully installed. But when his colleague Magnus came to install the equipment, he not only arrived much earlier than agreed, but the price agreed in advance was also much higher. Now 495 euros, when we asked him why it had become more expensive, he simply replied that if you don't want the crap, we'll just dismantle it. After we paid, we had to push for a week before we got a copy of the invoice, and we haven't received any product information on the installed equipment either. So we wouldn't recommend this company to others
