I still have not had my order or any information on my order this is now all most a month since it was placed . I was told I would have been contacting on the Friday the 24 of April and I am still waiting for that call. I am so disappointed with EcoFlow after all the money and recommendation o have done

Poor customer service response
I've contacted you several times and received no feedback other than the same automatic response requesting the same details over again. I ordered the delta 2 which came as a package with the 100 watt solar panel. It arrived withe no way of connecting the panel to the battery pack. There was no indication on the website that the special offer at the time did not include the necessary cables

NOT AN EMERGENCY TOOL! I feel betrayed :(
They sell their product as a prepper tool for emergency crisis (in case of Blackouts). Many retailer advertising this way. But in real their powerbanks are NEVER meant to be stored in the storage room for some emergency case. No! You have to use them immediately from the beginning. Otherwise they get damaged and become useless . But nobody tells this, every shop sells them as an emergency tool for Blackouts. So at least half a scam!
And so I wasted 2000 euro for nothing and of course the company wasnt helping me at all. Now I have a never used 2000 euro worth piece of electric garbage...
I feel scammed but know that Karma will do what they deserve 🤭
Let down by customer services
Bought three products from EcoFlow, if the product works when it arrives it’s great. If it doesn’t work then prepare to be disappointed by the lack of customer service and hustle to resolve your issue. Still waiting after 2 weeks of having a delivered faulty battery for something to be done about it.

The companies approach to the needs of current energy problems is superb and the multifaceted approach to solutions is so attractive now, that it makes investment a no-brainer. The units almost offer too many solutions to come to grips with initially but, when overcome, represent the very best purchase.

Great offer with the free 100 watt flexi solar panel ,delivered on time well packedged and works very with my balcony solar.Has run our fridge ,our washing machine and TV and board band ( not all at once ) great piece of kit👍
Wonderful customer support
I had some challenges with a new unit and working with the customer support was offered a new replacement. They were very responsive to my issue and communicated with me throughout the whole process of receiving my new unit. In the end turns out the problem was on my part not theirs, the original unit was fine. My confidence in this company is very high because they gave me the benefit of the doubt fixing my problem. If you are thinking about purchasing a battery solution, I recommend EcoFlow whole heartedly after all the support they provided to me. I purchased the Delta Pro 3 because I can charge it at an automotive charging station if needed. It is very quiet, the app connects seamlessly, and all the controls are easy to understand. It is next to my desk in my office with my computer and internet connected so I can get feedback during power outages. With the handle extension it is easy to roll into our living space during an outing to connect our fridge and other critical appliances. I think you would be very happy with their products if you choose to give them a try.

Delivery was fine.Everything was packaged very well, however there was supposed to be a smart meter included with the ultra x which was missing from the delivery. I have emailed twice over two weeks regarding this and have not received a response.
It is easy to install and set up, and the electricity bill has reduced more than I expected.
The other disappointment is that the battery will not discharge below 23%, which I hope will be resolved with a future update.
