Ecogrid inspection chamber cover
We had need for a missing inspection chamber cover and found two suitable providers, one of which was Ecogrid. We researched both providers online and were provided with substantial information from both of them. On checking the detail, we decided on approaching Ecogrid first, not least because of the price difference.
in terms of communication, including taking care with what we needed, we were advised by the Managing Director, Jamie Cunnington, to go for a specific cover size and type (we had provided the dimensions of the chamber) which included an inset tray with the unit being sealed and securable. This suited our purpose as did the ability to receive the cover speedily (two days as it turned out). The area around the inspection chamber has recently been converted from a timber deck to a gravel patio and having filled the tray with gravel, the effect is perfect.
The fact that Ecogrid is a green company was an additional reason.
We had also ordered two sets of lifting handles. They arrived, but one set was incorrect. On reporting this we received another correct set, almost by return, and with an apology.
Our experience of dealing with Ecogrid has been extremely positive and should we ever need anything else that they provide. we will not hesitate.
